I love Anistar's city theme song. The music is so peaceful here, even a bit sad tough if you know what happens inside the old man's house.
I'm stuck at Anistar city in the pokemon game but I did not know anything about an old man???

Also about the old man : *SPOILERS* Before you beat the Elite 4, there is a man alone in a house that tells you that his wife died, and that he wishes for a pokémon to keep him company. He asks for a level 1-5 one. After you beat the Elite 4, if you come back to his house, hé won't be here anymore and you'll find a pokeball with your pokémon on the ground, and a lettre where he thanks you and that he apparently he passed out ..
Oh. But I don't know how to get to route 18 because two men are blocking the way :\
Alma Missen oh it's because you need to get back to Lumiose city to Lysandre's café and go in his base, and fight team Flare and the grunts in the hideout and you'll end up facing Xerneas/Yveltal
On a playthrough of X, I went back to check on him (I usually just leave a Pokémon and go on with my business). So seeing that note made me burst into tears. RIP NPC old man.

This original theme carries me back to the vibe I had as a child.
Something about it resonates with how things were back them.
The type of music that was on the up and up,back then,the happy and care free spirit....

Same it reminds me from when I was 8 or something and I really don't know why either
It could be because they used a song from Klonoa: Door to Phantomile for Anistar City's theme. As Nintendo is crazy big, I'm sure Namco was more than glad to let them use one of the best OST ever for one of their biggest franchises (or, well, it was probably Game Freak and The Pokemon Company asking rather than Nintendo themselves, but they are so very close that it's as if the big N themselves were asking). Considering Klonoa is quite old as a game now, well, that's probably why it could remember of childhood to someone who may have played it. It's from one of the Moon Kingdom's levels, if you wanna compare it and see for yourselves! =3 They really chose probably the best track from Klonoa for their X and Y games, though, haha!
But really, facing the sunset seas, psychic gym, Celestial feeling with the mysterious sundial, spirits girls and man.... I feel there should be more of Anistar City... best city in XY... hopefully in PokemonZ...

Many could argue that using a song from the Klonoa's first game for Pokemon could be bad or such, but honestly, I don't mind at all. This way, the Moon Kingdom's theme got to be heard by many more players (it's possibly the best track in Klonoa) and got to receive a bunch of cool remixes, which would've been hard if it only was in Klonoa! Plus, Game Freak, The Pokemon Company and Nintendo are big enough to pay a few "cents" to Namco to use one of their songs after asking, it's not like they stole it or anything, so there's no reason to be mad or anything but simply be happy that Klonoa is loved and known like it should.
As for the remix, great job, it sounds fantastic!! Keep it up~! :3

I have no idea what the original sounds like, but let me just say that I love this. That may mean more to some and less to others for someone who doesn't know of the original to appreciate a mix as a stand alone song, so take it as you will.
