No real upgrades? Uh... 5G, better camera, widgets with new IOS. Yes this is a good time to upgrade. iPhone hasn’t had anything new since 2017 when the X came out. This is a big upgrade. Also the processor is new and better. Now we gotta wait 3 more years to see another round of upgrades

@@andreamichelea 5G on the Iphone is better than 5g on the latest androids, go look up tests. Also the processing chip alone is more important than any of samsungs features. A samsung phone will go bad, a Iphone can stay up to speed for many years with their chipset. You can make the argument it's better to have a feature and not need it, to not have it and need it, but fact of the matter is, a lot of people dont use androids full features in itself. I ask you, how on earth was the note a upgrade from the previous one? Anyhow, not gonna argue with you, you are clueless, this is a pretty big upgrade for iphone given that they introduced 5G, a new processor all together that is gonna be good within the next 10 years to come, (look at all those people using iphone 6s still, you won't see anyone using a note 6).
Go look up performance tests, something Flossy doesn't show cause he basically repeats everything he says in all these phone launch videos for apple, and samsung. Think what you want, this is a big upgrade for Iphone users since the X in 2017, the 10, and 11 were not upgrades.

I love your tech reviews, and I appreciate your honesty. In your reviews you often mention which phones and other tech are best for certain people for example tech nerds, most people, kids, parents, etc. But I feel like I would love to see in your videos, you reviewing the accessibility features and talking about which phone/other tech you think are best for people with disabilities. I already love your reviews and this addition would make me love them even more.
That is a wonderful suggestion but in my opinion it will be more suitable for ppl with disabilities to review this aspect of the phone since they understand how it's like living with a disability and what might be more helpful for them.

I'm an android user, forever have been. My work was really pressing me to get an iPhone because everyone has one and it connects with our iPads and drop box/ apple sharing bs. So I ended up getting this apple phone and im so confused what the hype is. I came from the galaxy and that was so much better. And I was PISSED there was no charger. And especially pissed it has a C adapter so now I have to spend MORE money on even a different CAR charger. The headphone thing is so dumb too. Wtf is this.
Its better for work because it can connect and share really easy as the samsung phones can’t and most work places uses apple because they can last a longtime and its a better editing tool then android

Samsung galaxy fan here. I gotta say this though. Apple is the Toyota of phones. Old tech, reliable, expensive and retain their value. You buy the latest and greatest Samsung out, and it’s worth a chump change 2 years later. Great review Floss!!

Been following for years, really wanted the 12 Pro Max, but this review led me to update my phone to the Note 20 Ultra. The lack of innovation from Apple is starting to become a big negative for me. One week in with the Ultra and I can't be happier. And I don't even want to start on how much better my Watch 3 is compared to my Series 5.

Thanks for the review Floss! I just upgraded from my XS Max to the 12 Pro Max. Great upgrade for me and my 2 year old XS Max held its value well and should be able to get $400-$500 on re-sale.
I legit want an iphone and have wanted one for so long, but the thing that prevents me from getting one every single time is the fact that the galaxy phones are always sooooooo much better and have sooooo many more useful features. Like I am desperate to find a reason to own an iphone and then I'm reminded they're inferior in every way. For example, a recent thing I discovered is the current iphone model's "fast" wireless charging only supports up to 7.5W, while the current model galaxy s or note supports up to 15 W. Literally twice as fast. Not only that, but a galaxy phone comes with a fast charger that is already insanely fast out of the box, and if that's not good enough for you, you can buy an ultra super insane beast mode fast charger that is 45W I believe.
I mean come on Apple, I'm literally begging you to give me a reason to buy your phone, I've wanted one for a really long time.
The iPhone does charge at 15W, but on,y with the MagSafe though
