What makes you think "god" has any less love for snakes as they do for humans ? Snakes came first then humans and god didn't write the bible ie the serpent in the garden of Eden. Such as the forbidden fruit being an apple.....never once was it specified 🙃 Christianity is plagued by followers who do not understand the teachings whatsoever and even worse has leaders who lead the flock totally counter to the faith, ie, Catholicism.
