Досталось дому от вандалов, но это "тяп-ляп", а не восстановление...
предпродажное восстановление. это хоть оценить теперь можно, то что в начале вызывало желание снести все и на земле уже чот делать, а то и просто как свалку оставить
@@sergiyzabelin1546 дом крепкий, стильный, и построен специалистами под надзором архитектора, - это сразу понятно. Как и то, что все металлические элементы - решетки, козырек, балконы и пр. выломаны туземцами. Впрочем, как у нас. Стоит только дому остаться без присмотра. А потом приходит вот такая бригада и маскирует "пробоины" ))
Грибок на стенах замазали поверх, молодцы! Правильно выложили видео, по нему их привлечь надо по полной!

Запах плесени невозможно убрать, хотя мужчины молодцы, постарались. Но здесь камень и плитка, её нужно всю убрать,а то внутри останется плесень и пойдёт всё по новой.
Прям как машину на продажу, тяп ляп. Ступеньки и оконные проемы сделаны просто кровь из глаз.

Pokud se snaží zachovat dědictví, je potřeba více péče. Vila je nádherná. S ohledem na vlhkost, monzuny a slunce, myslím si, že chtělo vše lépe očistit a zakonzervovat proti povětrnostním vlivům. Až pak provést opravy a nátěry. S ohledem na plísně a mechy, které byly vně i uvnitř budovy.

The better story would be the history of this place and what lead up to it being allowed to decay into the state of disrepair that we see in this video. It is fantastic to watch the cleanup of the villa and the process which reveals all the beautiful materials used in its construction. Thank you.
They own them and move from the small town, and are required to maintain them, maybe for the newly identified historic value. There are many like this, and not valuable because of desire for modern standards.
No arreglaron las grietas, no arreglaron la humedad, ni las instalaciones básicas como corresponde ( luz, agua, desagüe, gas etc), Solo lavaron la casa y la pintaron, eso no es "RESTAURAR" solo le dieron una lavada de cara como quien dice.

,санатории,,,жилые дома с легкостью--

" теремочки " Дома Культуры даже с колоннами-порушены и даже
населенного пункта уже ,и нет, словно после "прополки".
Как бы всем недалеким

взять пример с этих двух мужчин , возможно еще что то ,да сохранилось бы в стране..
Жалко здания ,еще крепкие стены, из кирпича (не то что сегодня- из стекол и бетона,).

после ухода из страны американских войск и французской администрации, вслед за ними много поуехало состоятельных местных граждан. Эти виллы очень богатых людей, они их просто бросили и уехали. Но что поражает, так качество строительных работ !!! Плитка как только вчера уложена что на улице, что в туалете и на кухне. Вот это я понимаю, строилось на века!!!
Восстановление...? Хм... Больше похоже на мойку. Я так понимаю, что соседям просто не нравился вид из окна на ветхое, заросшее зеленью строение и поэтому они вызвали ребят, чтобы те помыли и "освежили" дом. Жить в нем, как я полагаю, никто не будет.

Realmente tendría que ser: " ... dos hombres solos, solo pintan la fachada de una casa"🙄😂😂... restaurar significa devolverle funcionalidad a todos los elementos; electricidad, agua, impermeable de techos, carpintería de cierres de puertas y ventanas 🙄 (tanto en fachada como interior)...y ..en ese lugar solamente hay parades pintadas!🙄🤣🤣🤣

Ce n'est pas de la rénovation mais du cache misère...peinture sur m..... Égal m...., aucun nettoyage de façade un coup de peinture pour faire propre....dans 6 mois tout ressort

Покрасили сгнившие заплесневелые стены фасада 🤦♂️ Гипсовой втукатуркой заделали откосы... Гипсом...по фасаду... во Вьетнаме, где всегда 150% влажность... Похоже тут работа была оплачена соседями, что бы эта плесень просто в глаза несколько месяцев не портила вид из окна.

One of the most annoying human factors is when total strangers show interest in a project like renovating a abandoned villa property that probably sat dejected and unwanted for decades and spend unlimited amounts of time and energy restoring it financially it’s just remarkable how many people suddenly come out of the woodwork and try to claim the villa as their own now that the market value has prospered for the entire area particularly when there is a huge increase in interested parties of buyers for the property now that it’s been restored renovated and habitable 😢

Se dovessi vendere una vecchia casa da tempo abbandonata e molto sporca, per prima cosa la farei pulire e ripitturare come fanno i due lavoratori nel video, anche solo per cortesia nei riguardi degli aspiranti acquirenti. Se fossi interessata all'acquisto, vorrei visitarla e valutarla in condizioni di pulizia e ordine.
