    We have same model, fire stops after few minutes and then we don't get hot water 😒😒😔

      With that kind of fault you may need a Engineer out

    Nice one Tony..If you check with your multimeter that is gone tell you if any power from the PCB..so in this case we have power but pump not moving..You can measure the resistance in the pump as well..les then 100 ohms between L and N..replace the pump,should be 120 to 250 ohms

      A resistance test is only necessary then looking for short circuits like blowing a fuse

      It's possible the left hand hydraulic block the pump flow switch is sticking in hot water mode
