Bolivia is not a poor country... It was poorly managed by military dictators who were clueless about economic, social justice and human rights. Bolivia is so rich it has 67% of the world's lithium. Tesla Motors wants to buy lithium from Bolivia for their modern cars.
Bolivia has every mineral you can imagine and think of of...

HelmetVanga it's still poor, but less than other years.
The problem here isn't the poorest, is the government corruption

I hope that the next 2 sections would go up, but without politics. Nice to see them fund projects like these. Transportation is a key for groth.

Ese transporte es muy rápido y se evita el tráfico, no es para la gente pobre del alto,

      L. Fernando Clavijo Orozco La Paz is the political capital of the country, not the official. I was about to mention the same thing.

The only thing that our government did well the last year.
It's ver helpful, the trip from La Paz city to El Alto taken almost 2 hour, and with the Teleferico it just takes 10 minutes.
There are only 3 lines, but by 2019 it is planned to build 3 more, blue, white and orange line.
I don't live in La Paz (not all the bolivia's people comes from La paz lmao), but the few times that i traveled to there the Teleferico was very useful
