It is definitely a great episode. I do love how cute Walter is about Peter and Olivia, but I think Olivia is still grieving John at this point. She's definitely flattered at the idea, though. Broyles has come a long way in his attitude towards Olivia from the first episode when he was awful. Charlie is such a great, dependable friend to Olivia. He is always right there for her and I adore him and I wish they would use him more. The Olivia centric episodes are always really great because we do get to see her guard drop. But we also get to see that a lot with her sister. I had actually forgotten that Rachel and her little girl move in with Olivia. I loved Rachel, too, so I can't believe I forgot her actress joining the cast. You can see how her presence begins to soften Olivia's sharp edges just a bit. She's still tough as nails, especially at work, but she is somehow different. It's hard to describe, but you see it and you feel it.
This was the first episode of Fringe I ever saw (after the show was already finished). I just randomly flipped to a channel it was on just after the episode had started. Afterwards I was so intrigued that I bought the DVD and watched the whole show.
Save her from what? There's more going on here than meets the eye. BTW, Olivia had paramilitary training, so getting out of situations like the one she was in was simply a matter of looking for opportunities to take advantage of.
Exciting episode, enjoyed your reaction. Glad that Olivia has grown on you. I really like the addition of Olivia's sister & niece. Agree Charlie is also great and Harris is hateful.
How did the author of the comment conclude that Peter betrayed someone in the past? Nothing is clear from that short conversation with the girl in the cafe in ep.9. We don't know what kind of story was there, we don't know what kind of relationship was there. There are no facts to make such unambiguous conclusions.
Walter is number one shipper of Peter and Olivia 🙌🏻🥰❤️ love it ❤️
Peter asked Olivia in 'Safe' (1x10) if she had a bestfriend, she said no... but that she had a sister (Rachel) 🥰

This show is very slowburn-esc when it comes to its characters and concepts, which is one of the reasons I love it so much!
Olivia is a champion for sure, and Walter and Peter are excellent. One thing you learn in this series is that very few things are what they seem.
While these are nice episodes, the best are yet to come, this show simply gets better and better as you go along.
Totally agree

requesting more frequent fringe reactions please!
Such a good episode! Love seeing Olivia free herself in the beginning, and then seeing a new side of her with her family. ❤
Olivia is indeed a badass.
lol, I'm with you on those slug things, I was in the middle of eating lunch while I was watching this too.
Escargots
