Hello, I used the tangent mate between tyre and track for positioning, and then suppressed the mate.
Just a solid body contact exists between car and track in motion study.

Hello John, is the wheel penetrating partially or fully?
You can try improving the 3D contact resolution and accuracy from the settings of motion study.
Also, even in my simulations, the models in contact are penetrating slightly, probably due to high gravity force acting on solid models.

Hello, you need to first have your vehicle model ready, then we can use motion study to visualise the effects.
Also, the results in motion study are less accurate. It can be difficult to use them for research purposes.

Hello bro, I'm currently doing this same design with suspensions but when I add all the initial parameters they are automatically suppressed. Every parameter is suppressed and can't able to unsuppress at all. Is there any problem with the mates in the assembly? There are no errors btw.

Hello Srikrishna, can you confirm if you are using 'basic motion or motion analysis' and not 'Animation'?
If possible, you can send me the screenshots of your motion study interface on my email id [e-mail] and I'll try to get a better idea about the error.

@@FUNCADwithMrROBOT Thanks for the prompt reply brother had a deadline of yesterday night and I tried to fix it as you said I had the setting set to animation changed it to basic motion but even then the motion isn't executed although the parameters are now unsuppressed.
