any body else have the issue when trying to subtract the thread from the first part it says cannot complete due to zero thickness geometry

@@AlexsEngineering the nut thinggy's not soldered together, what prevent the spring to launch the other piece out ? Eg, the lego suspension piece has a little tip to clamp the inside of the housing pistol piece to hold them together.
