Japan's Craziest Sunday Morning Car Meet!

- Daikoku Parking Area is no secret for it's Friday and Saturday night meets, however it is much lesser known for the Sunday morning gatherings that take place every week. Sunday morning at Daikoku has always been one of my favorite times to visit as it brings such a variety of cars, and this most recent weekend was nothing short of amazing. Plenty of rare, different and unusual turn outs, with an underlying Italian influence. Later in the morning, a swarm of Bosozoku bikes overtaking the PA, something I haven't seen in almost 5 years.

Absolutely love the diversity of the cars and bikes. I grew up a big Porsche fan and still am but man do I love the JDM cars now, especially the older stuff! That Z was just awesome

04:15 I googled "Studie AG" turns out they're a legendary Japanese tuning workshop specifically for BMWs however none of there cars appear to be as accessorized as tha example in the video sporting a F badge on the boot/trunk lid? 🤔😂

I miss going to Daikoku. It's always such a heavenly place for meets and the variety of vehicles is insane.

Awesome video! New subscriber here. I worked in the Italian vintage car restoration field for 10 years. We helped MANY Japanese customers with parts and advice over the years. There seems to be a huge love for Italian cars there. PS: Great pronunciation with the Giardiniera. I can only assume you speak Italian or have been around them a lot.

Over the last 20 years I've owned all spectrums of the automotive world from the Mazda MX6/Ford Probe 2nd gen JDM world (the KLZE engine is a JDM swap option on these cars), Alfa Giulia Super , FC RX7 10AE and for the last few years BMW E24/E12/E46 , VW Karmann Ghias and a few Mitsubishi Pajeros. Not to many people like us. Sometime I wonder why I didn't pursue automotive journalism. Anyways , keep up the awesome content.

Always weird to see some Lancia Delta outside of EU. Lot's of Italian Metal. You don't see Thesis around anymore
I do see them once in a while, but way more ypsilon around, again all gray imports

Never been a fan. If Ferrari hadn't replaced Materazzi we would have never have had such a compromised car. They had to boost F40 and Testarosssa/512TR/F512M production just to keep the company from going under. Thankfully the 355 came after it...

Cars start rolling in early if it's a nice day, so I always try to be there 7:30 - 8 am
