What do you think of spray foam insulation for the whole attic.. I’ve seen one house I worked in had it sprayed roof decking and also in each bay over drywall.. they also put batten over that..
I know homeowners that had that done during the build and loved it. This one guy that was an engineer took me up there to show me in the hot part of summer several years ago. It was fairly warm in the attic but not too bad. Then he turned on the high cfm exhaust fan he had installed and it cooled off quick. He was pretty proud of it. 😀 Thanks for watching.
Hey Michael, what kind of attic cooling system would you recommend in conjunction with passive cooling / ridge vent? I would love to Install some powerful gable fans. I don’t think the passive system is effective.
