If clearz is 18” and latex is 24”…the inflated size of both should follow the smaller balloon right which is the 18”? If you take them up to 24”, will the clearz burst? If the latex is under inflated by so much ..won’t it affect its ability to pop? You do not need to get same size balloons to do this double stuff? Hope this is not a silly question. Love your videos. Is the stretchy tape double-sided? The u-glue tape is sticky on both sides. Is that similar?
