It bugs me how Matt eats so many calories in one day mainly from processed foods and I've been here trying get abs doing all these stupid Keto diets feeling starved',Wow the lord must have really blessed you with good genes mate.
@@muscleandmath2910 he's already said that he has a super adaptive fast metabolism and can eat thousands of calories without gaining weight. He really does have elite genetics. So he can actually each cheat meals everyday and stay in good shape.
Yeah my metabolism stinks so I have the same problem. But alot of other people I know have awesome metabolisms and can down tons with no problem. While me eating a few hundred calories will make me gain 2-4 pounds.
