I was looking Analog baics from longtime. This where I can stop and learn. Thanks and please don't stop knowledge sharing it helps many people. Thanks
most welcome & keep follow our page , share our channel to your friends
Please create a separate English version playlist from day 1 class
Great Application
really superbb expelnation
Hello , i am confused can you help me ? As i know a mosfet gate should be insulator and attract ions near applied voltage but you say its conductive.
Polysilicon is conductive , there is a silicon dioxide between the polysilicon and the substrate which makes the gate terminal non conductive (Ig=0A)
Do you refer any book regarding to vlsi layout with a reference link pls
Reference book : drive.google.com/open?id=0B66x_iZXXVmXWG90ZDdxNWhaSlJlNk1vRnZ5bHZmMFpkRzBj
Please accept the request
Good explanation! But make more English version videos
thx for ur comment & support , sure i will make all the videos asap
Sir why do we need bulks in mosfet? I understood why it is connected to vdd & vss based on pmos & nmos but i didn't understood why do actually required bulks?
its a fabricated method , pls refer cmos fabrication types
@@mohammedafzal534 As far as i know bulk is needed to give strength to the wafer. If the wafer was too small it can break very easily.
Why is polisilicon is continuous in layout ?
It's fab process
nice
