There's a manga called Berserk where the main character (Guts) is undergoing extreme amounts of mental and physical stress. Despite attaining insane feats of strength he is aging rapidly with gray hair at 24.
Guts doesnt age because of his exercise and feats. He aged because the berserker armor sucked his energy to the point of almost killing him several times.

He gets it. I use to work out more, but today I did a nice bit of walking, some foraging with my daughter (gathering pine cones), and had a really good sleep during the day. Feel great. Some of my friends are workout fiends, and I've mentioned before they get so tired, but two other things I have also observed, they can have trouble getting up and functioning, thus needing plenty of coffee (not a good sign), and one is ageing quite quickly. Laying down in a chair will not make you live longer than a person who is doing physical labor every day for example the oldest people on earth all did manual labor .I know many 70+ year Olds and the ones who's in the best shape and still enjoying his life and has a positive outlook is the one who rides his bike almost every day. I agree. The human body is meant to stay mobile in the wild humans would have been maintaining high levels of physical activity everyday for their entire lives. I can see how bodybuilding and extreme endurance sports could be detrimental to one’s health but I don’t see his point that “all exercise is bad”
The production of free radicals actually helps to increase the production of antioxidants in the body. Exercise is a vital part of any healthy lifestyle. Do your own independent research people.

I never wanted to work out or go to the gym it always sounded silly to me to use up energy to achieve absolutely nothing. It's fine to use up energy when you actually do something, build something or have to go somewhere. But running around concrete roads aimlessly or even worse using a treadmill not even reaching any place is very silly. I'm glad I never fell for the "it's healthy for you" trap. Not with working out, not with eating tons of vegetables that are actively trying to kill you.
He's spoken some many words I've been trying to hammer at myself for others to really understand it as well, in terms of Influencers! People don't get that the online world is mostly FAKE, people aren't exactly living these lavish lifestyles like people want to believe! Most Influencers do not have real life friends, which is why they are looking to online. Afterall, if they were truly living the great life, they wouldn't have time to be always making online videos to show themselves off. Most Luxury cars are indeed rented, but what people who watch influencers don't get is that most people will spend more money on cars in their lifetime than an actual house, and that driving or spending a long time in a car is actually extremely stressful on the body and that it's yet another reason why Americans have a high rate of diabeetus. Cars are actually one of the worst investments and things to own out of any possession one can buy, because the benefits from it completely outweigh the benefits of "freedom" it gives. Men wanting to be "ripped and shredded" with their muscles are also some of the biggest slaves, completely ignoring the costs to have all that unnecessary bulk.
The whole thing about having "big bodybuilder" muscles goes to show the closemindedness of these individuals. As in, they'll think you're a joke if your muscles aren't big like theirs.
Yup. So just because you make a video Technerd is better than Tate. What's the point when one is no better than the other. Seems like either now this channel is aboht hating on others or some usually normie comparing channel.
I used to fall for the gym, bro nonsense. I can't stand to lift weights anymore and don't care about having massive muscles. It requires much more food to maintain anyway and is unsustainable. I would rather play musical instruments or read books or, yes, even play video games, then stress my body out and live shorter. However, that said, I am not against all types of exercise. I think swimming is fine, and rock climbing is kinda cool and fun as is hiking. Swimming is probably the least stressful type of exercise, and it is especially good in the summertime such as over here in Australia where it gets really hot.
I understand working out too much isn´t healthy, but saying it´s better to sit and play video games than physical activity isn´t right either. Just thinking about this concept gives me depressions.

What can we do to make the physical body stronger than? So no yoga, swimming, light jogging? Do we eliminate all work outs? What about Sarcopenia later on in old age? How do you keep the physical body strong in old age?
Sitting/laying all day isn't unhealthy obviously. Do exactly what you feel like doing and you will be healthy. If you wanna walk then do it. If you don't then don't.
if you improve your diet your body composition will naturally improve and you'll notice muscles you couldn't see before. if you take the money you'd spend on a gym membership and supplements and combine that with the money saved by eating 500 less calories a day and following a bodybuilder's diet, eating half a dozen eggs and 500g of beef a day isn't cost prohibitive anymore.
@@dimepia123 You don't have to take all of Goatis' advice. Calisthenics is the natural way of a body to move. But even more natural would be something like survival camping. Building a tent, making a fire, hunting stuff like that. All that works the muscles.

I used to go to the gym 5 days a week when I was 19. I'm now 24 and still workout, but only twice a week. I have gotten bigger, and people often look up to me for advice regarding working out. I straight up tell them that it's not healthy. When you work out in a certain day, you barely have any energy to do anything else in that day. It drains your energy and mental focus. That's why people need all those supplements and caffeine in order to "function". It takes a toll on your joints too. Not healthy at all. The only reason I go there is because I like how my body looks because of it. But it's definitely not healthy at all.

Sitting on our butts all day long at work and at home has created more problems with health, not just obesity but mental health as well.

Muscles in the right places will help you live longer and here’s why: a lot of deaths happen to the elderly because of frailty and falls. If you fall in your eighties and you break bones that could be the end for you. Training in the legs glutes, back and core and aiming for better balance is a huge factor when mitigating these falls.
Mental regurgitation ahead: Ok let me concede that an unnatural volume of muscle health is actually unhealthy past a certain point, and we´re not actually meant to bulk up. Still, theres no way that the optimal lifestyle for a human is just for you to sit around all day not doing anything, not moving, not doing physically challenging stuff. We evolved running dozens and sometimes hundreds of miles a day, chasing prey, working to produce our food. Now we live in a world where I can work a desk job sitting down all day, and be able to afford all the raw animal nutrition that I need. Yet my body is still made for physical struggle. Theres no way that doing absolutely nothing physical your whole life is healthier than doing moderate daily exercise. Im open minded for discussion on this topic, please respond with your thoughts, if your views differ!
100% The greatest thing you can accomplish is having a beautiful wife and many children. There is no comparison. And working out hard like these "influencers" do is definitely terrible for you. But I think that if you eat raw eggs, meat, dairy and liver everyday and don't kill yourself in the gym I think you won't lower your life expectancy too much. The thing is that nowadays athletes and just people in general try to replace what they destroy when working out with carbs, chicken, rice, bread and proteinpowders and everything is cooked to death. These foods are just absolute garbage. ZERO micronutrients and terrible protein sources.
I think you must be strong/fit enough just for feeling comfortable and being able to protect yourself and your family both physically and mentally. That’s all. P.S. You must be also able to survive before police comes.

I don't get this either as carnivores which are well muscled animals that have to be physically fit in nature, have to be so to survive and also there is reasonable evidence that supports that healthy exercise (not excessive and crazy) support testosterone production in the body and makes you more attractive as a male. Apparently according to some other comments he does support calisthenics. So I really am not sure I understand his full position either. calisthenics is natural, barbell work isn't. here is the key, what is unnatural is the frequency. we aren't meant to lift everyday. but we are suppose to lift a 50 kg goat on our backs to bring back to the tribe. or climb a tree for honey. or sprint from predators and walk I spirit once a month. I lift heavy once/twice a month. I move my body calisthenics 2/3 times a week. I walk a bunch everyday. that makes sense to me
You're mostly right, but my issue is if an alcoholic is trying to kill you every day you should deal with the problem if you call the police fine but if you deal with it yourself it is extra dopamine for you to play everyday video games its life, but some people play games all time and want something new in their life and im saying you can be masculine and shorten you live but fill better or be a skinny guy and hate your life. Running simulates hunting and also running away from predetors which in nature would be happening frequently. even intense forms of cardio is important if you live a modern and otherwise sedintary lifestyle. So using your logic of what is natural is healthy, running and cardio in general is healthy
Bro Goatis you should livestream/ play video-games, relax, make that money all while having some fun & chilling. Every now & then sharing with your new gamer audience your truths about humanity's destined return to nature. DO IT, at least give it a try!
Having huge muscles is not the issue, at least not for a short time for when it’s necessary it’s having huge muscles that drain resources and puts unnecessary stress on your organs and physiology, destroying your hormones and disrupting your homeostasis basically for extended periods of time. Hunting and fishing and living a pastoralist nomadic lifestyle leads the best life outcomes and imo physiques for humans. Stress is part of life though, you can’t escape it you can’t obtain all of this animal food, without putting your body on the line to track, and hunt big game, or farm/herd and raze big animals to slaughter for your nutrients. But that’s part of life, you can’t escape it but you can still do your best to avoid unnecessary stress. In ideal situations, you shouldn’t need to workout even in nature if you lived a ‘pure’ lifestyle.

For e.g. when I eat raw eggs or beef tartare I get severe stomach problems, it is worth to mention that I've never eaten it in my life, so Im guessing it is because my body is not used to it?
It is completely treatable. If you have problems with raw food, you are most likely not used to it like I was at first. I got severe diarrhea from raw eggs and meat. Now, after 8 months on raw food, I feel great and eat 20 eggs a day on some days. Another thing could be the poor quality of your food, try to buy the highest quality you can find and afford, give your body time to heal and adjust. I hope this helps you and I can say that raw food has changed my life. Have a nice life brother.
andrew's physique is pretty natural, but a body like kevin levrone is not natural, but i suggest using roids for 1 year and take cycles properly so you can recover from the testosterone and do it again until you hit a physique that is similar to kevin levrone off cycle which looks pretty natural, so you dont need to waste 10 years building a physique that looks good but building a lean physique in one year and maintaining it like a wrestler, and btw if you dont want to get concussions in jujitsu JUST FALL PROPERLY (theres a video on it) and being masculine is physically and mentally, physically as in being capable of killing and hurting a person effectively, and mentally and in being stoic and logicall minded, and i get that muscles will shorten your lifespan because of increase of cellular division, but i would rather die at the age of 60 with a functional body like joe rogan than dying at the age of 100 with a weakening dwindling body that is not really that functional for survival.
oh and andrew flexing his watch is to just to flex and the watch that andrew really cares about is his dead dad's watch which he will forever hold in a safe to never lose forever, the webcam bussiness from andrew tate is from sheer desperation of paying dangerous people back from the money they borrowed from them in order to gamble in a casino to gain profit but they utterly lost it all from young foolishness, btw andrew and his brother told their fans that their webcam business is morally wrong but they still did those things out of ambitious attitude and desperation,
working out does decrease your lifespan if you have big muscles but if you stay lean and work out, the end results of your hard work is that you can live a healthier life with functional muscle with a better cardiovascular system, thus the benefits of working out will outweigh the cons of it, for example my dad who does labor which is like a workout for him and now hes at the age of 63 he can still do athletic stuff and the simple actions of picking something up is easy for him because he has a strong back, on the other hand my mom who has not work out in her life, she struggles to pick things up from the ground since when she was around her mid 40s

I don't think muscles are going to shorten your life span, not if you're training naturally. If you're a bodybuilder steroid freak, then yes. Fact is your mucles wither away as you get older, so doing some resistance taraining to build a bit of muscles and slow down that process makes sense? Then there's also a loss of strength as you get older. In reality, the average person who trains naturally can't put on that much muscle. The best the average person can do is to be about 13 stone of muscle and lean. Anything beyond that would take steroids. Of course there are exceptions, where some guys have massive frames, but I'm talking about the average guy. From training naturally I'm 13.9 stone at 15% body fat. The best I could do here is drop to 10% minimum, and maybe gain a little bit more muscle, but then I would just end up being around 13 stone lean, which is normal. Basically agree with the video though. Maybe he was referring to mainly steroid freaks, but didn't clarify. If we take your physique, for example, you are pretty muscular from videos I've seen of you, but not in a freakish way where your health is in danger.

Being rich won't make you that happy
But the desire for being rich will make you that miserable
Muscles are bad?😂🤦♂️
I am curious as to what you think about playing music. Do you believe it is unnatural to play instruments, sing and write songs etc?
Every culture or tribe since the dawn of kind has had their own music.
Every single tribe or culture since the dawn of mankind has had their own music. It is absolutely natural.
Much love and respect goatis!
If you are a farmer doing things around your ranch that require, and build muscle / cardiovascular strength, from sun up to sun down; are you “working out”?
Workouts are basically heavy exercise. Exercise is done for no reason so by the main definition, it wouldn't count as working out.
@@GoatisReviewsyou are deluding yourself, Goatis
great video as always Gatis :D congrats on your child
I think we need some work out like running for the war example and for martial arts for face to face fight
"The peak of masculinity is have a lot of children with a women" Its right but it need more explained, the problem is some men are made a lot of children and then they completely ignorant, like they dont think about they can or cant afford to get best natural food before they making a lot of children, and they don't care are they knows how to or what to life lessons they to give to their all children. Im just really feel so bad to children if mistake going in the family
New video came out from brian johnston or whatever his name is (anti aging guy). Might be a good watch.
Don't really know where to ask, so I'm gonna do it here, what are your thoughts on IBS? I suffer from this condition it is really mentally and physically draining, I've been stressed alot my entire life with shit diet, and now i paid the price, do u think its possible to cure it? For e.g. when I eat raw eggs or beef tartare I get severe stomach problems, it is worth to mention that I've never eaten it in my life, so Im guessing it is because my body is not used to it?
It is completely treatable. If you have problems with raw food, you are most likely not used to it like I was at first. I got severe diarrhea from raw eggs and meat. Now, after 8 months on raw food, I feel great and eat 20 eggs a day on some days. Another thing could be the poor quality of your food, try to buy the highest quality you can find and afford, give your body time to heal and adjust. I hope this helps you and I can say that raw food has changed my life. Have a nice life brother.
ppl praising TechLead in the comments (mostly because they feel threatened by proper masculinity)
how has that aged, huh?
andrew's physique is pretty natural, but a body like kevin levrone is not natural, but i suggest using roids for 1 year and take cycles properly so you can recover from the testosterone and do it again until you hit a physique that is similar to kevin levrone off cycle which looks pretty natural, so you dont need to waste 10 years building a physique that looks good but building a lean physique in one year and maintaining it like a wrestler, and btw if you dont want to get concussions in jujitsu JUST FALL PROPERLY (theres a video on it) and being masculine is physically and mentally, physically as in being capable of killing and hurting a person effectively, and mentally and in being stoic and logicall minded, and i get that muscles will shorten your lifespan because of increase of cellular division, but i would rather die at the age of 60 with a functional body like joe rogan than dying at the age of 100 with a weakening dwindling body that is not really that functional for survival.
oh and andrew flexing his watch is to just to flex and the watch that andrew really cares about is his dead dad's watch which he will forever hold in a safe to never lose forever, the webcam bussiness from andrew tate is from sheer desperation of paying dangerous people back from the money they borrowed from them in order to gamble in a casino to gain profit but they utterly lost it all from young foolishness, btw andrew and his brother told their fans that their webcam business is morally wrong but they still did those things out of ambitious attitude and desperation,
working out does decrease your lifespan if you have big muscles but if you stay lean and work out, the end results of your hard work is that you can live a healthier life with functional muscle with a better cardiovascular system, thus the benefits of working out will outweigh the cons of it, for example my dad who does labor which is like a workout for him and now hes at the age of 63 he can still do athletic stuff and the simple actions of picking something up is easy for him because he has a strong back, on the other hand my mom who has not work out in her life, she struggles to pick things up from the ground since when she was around her mid 40s
techlead literally has a video saying andrew tate saved his life lmao
It's a sarcastic title. Watch the video.
@@GoatisReviews its not. he is literally agreeing with tate in that video. it was the one posted 10 months ago
@@Neon-rq6nd I only see this one created 10 months ago:

He used a clickbait title to lure in his fans and only talks about how wrong Tate is.
@@GoatisReviews ah, watch the full video. u are saying that because during the first minute it appears that he is bashing tate, but right after he concedes and says that when he started looking into him more he found himself agreeing with him. also his main critique was that he didnt have children but thats false cuz one of the main things he preaches is that creating a family is one of the most beautiful things
@@Neon-rq6nd I did and I know that he agreed with a few points but overall he disagrees with him. Hence this follow-up video.
As for families, Tate doesn't have a family.

I only do pushups, pullups and lunges
They are put there for a reason. Acting.... Like any mainstream figures ( youtube etc is mainstream)
Would it be safe to just do non-strenuous isolation movements and nothing else?
Goatis what do you think of calisthenics?
What exactly?
@@GoatisReviews do you recommend them as a form of exercise? Or completely unnecessary?
@@dimepia123 I don't recommend any exercise.
what kind of activity/sports do you recommend then to stay fit, agile and healthy long term ?
Fit and agile for what?
@@GoatisReviews playing with kids or lift groceries for example. also prevent muscle atropy especially in old age
@@maikmohr132 You play with your kids naturally like any animal. No animal exercises. You lift the groceries that you need to lift, nothing you need to train for :D
It doesn't prevent muscle atrophy for one simple reason. Muscle atrophy has never occurred in nature and that's because animals eat their natural food. You can't keep muscle if you get put into a care home and fed bread with marmalade no matter what you do. The same way your muscles can't atrophy if you eat raw meat, no matter what age you are.
@@GoatisReviews thats true you got a point there. but wouldnt you say playing with kids or walking long distance while huntig is also a form of excercise? even young male animals do "practice fights".
and since we dont do any of this in todays society, maybe we should mimick these activities to be closer to a natural lifestyle.
@@maikmohr132 It depends on how you define exercise but by the main definition it is when you exert and stress your body for no reason whereas all of that is done out of fun and necessity. That's also why it's not stressful.
Mimic what exactly? Walking long distances? Nobody ever liked to do that. It's unhealthy, you shouldn't try to mimic something unhealthy just because some people may have done that at some point.
