@@aguy8336 I use turret to threaten the flankers. (I get the hitmarkers as soon as the turret fires,so i can turn the other way around and finish that unlucky pilot who decided to commit the master flank on me.)
I definitely use him to control points and as a pop out damage beast with MR8. I often drop a turret behind me if there is a way to sneak up on me and it will let me know to turn around. I also drop the turret and let it knock down shields before popping out and unloading.
I have guardians blue print it’s just that I like sniping more than close combat even tho guardian has 16 energy it dosent have the turett abilty but it has hacking instead
Both of them are great early game snipers because of their 16 energy starting point, but Guardian's power unlike Arachnos's is only useful in close range.

best video ive seen since the update thanks for not just showing all 32 energy dual railgun max everything gameplay. That is not realistic for 98% of the player base. most of us will take a long time to max a mech and forever to max an entire hangar. If u did a vid like this on every mech since the update id love u forever. 28 energy and 20 energy builds on all endgame mechs thanks bro u the man
Most combos scape suggests for good started mechs I actually discovered them on my own but still he is a very good and a nice youtuber so you earned yourself a subscriber scape 😊

First and I have a question my friend is having a hard time getting into battles he’s tried deleting and reinstalling also updating the game and still can’t get into a battle any tips? Also great vid 👍
not sure. this could be a number of things. If he is able to see his hanger and log in, but just cant get into battle he may have something blocking his data send. I know when I am at work I cant use the wifi since it has a firewall and wont let me game on my break unless I use data on my phone. So I end up doing that. If he only tries playing in one area then have him try going somewhere else to see if its the connection or a firewall or something.
I use double railgun 16 and I have my arachnos full maxed without test server I am collecting acoins for upgrading Arachnos to make it full maxed from when you have said that arachnos was coming soon so thank you Scape211
Thats awesome! If I use the dual railgun build, I will likely be using it for either panther or guardian since they generally have better survivability. However, I worry that its putting too many eggs in one basket so I may not run it too often. Really strong though!
I really don't get why the rocket mortars deal stupid damage in this game. I'm a war robots veteran, and we also have an artillery loadout there called the noricum. It has the same mechanism, and has the longest range, but it's so bad even if the bullet spread is much smaller than rocket mortars. Is it the damage radius? Or maybe the damage per hit is so huge? The 'bullet' spread is very wide but whenever I see mortar indicators, I rush away with killshot and still get 75% of my hp chunked after the dash, or worse, I get hit by 2-3 rounds and die almost instantly. I'm on the early stages of the game so the enemy was most likely using only mortar 8
I feel ya. Mortars are a pain and Stay that way for most throughout the game. The reason they deal high damage is because they don’t really target mechs; they target the ground and do wide area damage. And because of that, it’s easier for them to get side and back damage multipliers. When you see the indicators for mortars, you usually need to dash/sprint forward to hopefully avoid all or back up so you take less damage only to the front at the edge of the aoe radius. Those are my basic movement choices and it depends on my mech and position typically. Beyond that you react different with mechs (shield, dash, jump, etc) or find some overhead cover. Those are usually the best courses of action. Hope that helps!
Hey Scape! Could you please make a Best Loadout for Paragon. I want a heavy bot for 5 spot and seeing that both Archnos and Redox are also squishy. Atleast Paragon has speed and I have a lot of blueprints for upgrading it. Alternately, could you make a video for best mech & loadout for 5 spot (after Panther, Guardian, Killshot & Zephyr).
Yea theyre actually really good for hard to hit, fast moving, small mechs (such as the scout classes and md) becos they have extremely good targetting (never misses, doesnt have reload, chows through health enough for you to recharge with most weapons and one shot them); its great for oncoming mechs (eg: if you're sitting at one end of the map with good cover and sniping away, but some is sneaking around the side to try and take you down, you can just pop the spider drone around the corner without putting urself in danger, as it deploys about a meter or two in front of you, meaning that the oncoming mech either has to waste their ability since they have to walk towards the drone and past it, which is gonna take away a decent amount of health before they get to you... either that, or you discourage them for a bit, making them retreat and giving you time to recharge and take them out, also good for general retreating and keeping enemy mech occupied until ur reloaded) and its fantastic for when ur high up and have some enemy mechs below you (you can just walk towards the edge of the high platform ur standing on (eg: top of the hanging gardens map, etc) and activate ur ability, and it will drop down on to the floor below you, as it deploys in front of you)... Right now Im using a longarm 10 with an rpg 6 built, and it works really well for me, Id even argue thats its overall a much better build then the dual longarm 8s, becos while being a strong heavy hitting build, its kinda terrible at close range, fast mechs and grouped mechs (it also doesnt demand the same manual accuracy)... also the faster recharge on the rpg 6 is pretty useful for finishing off someone or defending urself while ur waiting for the longarm 10 to reload
@@ccsleepy8342 Exactly my point, even lancer can just jump over it to maintain some distance and get out of range faster, and killshot can zoom right past, so spider turret seems to be a horrible version of caustic blast.

Hes definitely a fun mech early game and can be decent mid-game with little to no upgrading. However, for me he falls off after that since he will be a bit squishy against the higher tier stuff. Just my opinion from my experiences with him :)

Hiya! I am not sure how or exactly why this build got the name thanos. I like to think its because of how the 2 weapons work together. The longarm bullet travels slightly faster than the railgun bullet so if you fire them at the same time and the longarm shot procs overheat and/or the railgun hits a crit shot, you can 'dust' someone in a single shot.
Scape is there a way to lock your Beam weapons so that they'll keep firing even when you aren't holding the button? I'm having a little difficulty playing the Beam/Longarm builds
Not that I know of. It might be possible with an emulator on a computer like bluestacks or nox but I play on mobile right now and I know of no way to do it there.
@@scape211 So when playing Beam/Longarm do you hold the Beam button with 1 finger and fire the Longarm with another or do you stop firing the Beam and then fire longarm?
@@mysterycube5469 I usually use the beam first to hit overheat, then fire the LA. But in all honesty it’s not a setup I run much. The benefit of the Longarm is not only it’s damage but the chance of instant overheat. So the thermal lance becomes less useful as a side arm.
Tnx. Question: u regularly advise to put long arms on Panther, so where does it leave Arachnos in begin-game? If you are not good him at closer ranges? There are no other sniper weps left
pulse cannon 8s - great at 30-90 m, as good as the carbines imo because of the larger effective range and higher base damage, larger clip, higher fire rate. Literally just lace your minimech around a corner, defend the other side, make sur eyou check the minimap often and refresh your minimech as often as possible
RPG is ok in late game when the light mech have 12 energy,but if it have 16 energy cap,then nope Thermal Lance is depends on what type of weapons do you have,usually u only use it with 4*~5* mech since maybe you didn't buy the carbine set yet for f2p/not enough energy Autocannon?Sitting in the bench forever
Yea I think Crystal Shard is thinking similar to me. TL can be nice for support builds, but since its a light sustain-based weapon, I didn't know if it would be ideal for Arachnos since he is squishy. RPG6 can be viable for some builds mid-game, but it also means you need to or would invest in them and since they don't carry as well to end game (with maybe the exception of light mechs) they will slow your progress for other end game builds. Auto Cannons are just bad beyond very early game. I wouldn't invest in those at all.
I just got arachnos today and i equipped it with rocket mortar 8. Bruh my lowest damage is 9k my highest damage is 31.2k. I just camp the base and just rain the enemies with missiles.
Same here but when I'm tired of that I do dual missile rack 8 , dual pulse cannon 8 , or the long arm 8s I some times mix them in case my battle is at a place with too much cover .
My favorite game. If I lose it's usually because some some rich momma's boy/girl just put a lot of money into their crap.😅 In other words some people just suck. But there's a lot of actualy players as well. Just be ready to laugh off punk trash wiping EVERYONE OUT ON YOUR TEAM. Good God I'm glad I'm a real gamer instead!!😊👍❤️
Hello Scape, i almost have the Arachnos, I'm going to get it tomorrow, can you tell me which one is better? Rocket Mortar 8 2x or Missile Rack 8 2x, I wanna use my Credits and A-Coins sparingly cuz im f2p XD
Missile rack 8. Useful in all areas of the game. Of the rocket mortars, 12 tends to be the most useful. The 8 is generally considered poor in damage overall.
@@BisaNgaca I've played SMC, got till Legendary League, but later got bored! Needed quick action arcade like game that's reasonably pocket sized and has good graphics, without p2w stuff, in SMC you can just buy SS+ and S+ Skins to boost damage of mechs and pilot I assume, so it's unfair for f2p player even if fighting 1 vs 1 with same mechs!
@@lordkiwiz1535 lol the mecha and pilot skins has nothing to do with the damage, it's only for costume and the graphics is 100 times more good than mech arena :p
I plan to make one for all mechs once I get them to max and have the time to edit them all together. These videos tend to take the longest to make, but I definitely plan to do them all.
Are you asking if you can get second copies after the update? Because it has been confirmed that unfortunately you will no longer be able to make second copies in game. For those that already have them, they will have them for a limited time and then they will be taken away. Soon no one will have them.
@@hdcannon4530 yup. second copies are only available to those who had them before 1.24 but only for a short time. Not sure how long, but I would guess its before the next update. My guess is by mid August.
It has already been confirmed that we can no longer get second copies. I have ranked up nearly everything to max on the test server. You can still get a second copy of weapons at 10 energy and up, but not mechs.

arachnos role is to defend a beacon/capture point he seems to be weak at first but he's actually great his turret damage increases when you upgrade him my set for him is very versatile longarm 10 on his right and pulse cannon 6 on left high damage on my right while more suppression fire on left added with the turret
On Arachnos? Sure! I mainly mentioned dual jav6 because he starts at 16 energy and dual jav6 utilizes the energy more. But if you are using the jav6s on someone else and you still want to use that style of play on Arachnos, go right ahead :)

lol if they give u the mech for free for NOT doing the event then how is that fair for all of the people that had to actually grind the event out to get the mech?
Yeah it’s only really useful until you have more mechs with good energy capacity. Pretty new player here, I still use it for now, but as soon as I get another 12+ energy mech it’s outta here. (Or if I get stealth.)

Arachnos had lots of potential. I can see it being discarded by new players after they get guardian

6:10 what? LONGARM 10 DUAL?? am i wrong if longarm 10 can only be used for 1 weapon?
When you upgrade any single 10 energy and up weapon to rank 6, you are automatically given a second copy to equip.
Arachnos is absolute shit rn needs a buff Fr (especially its turret)
I tested the longarm 8 and it was amazing thanks for your advice but you know that I had to watch the hole video and I loved it
Long range good for supporting team and can even use the mini turret to kill enemy in the closest range if longarm are reloading
Worst thing about archanos is that it can never ever Dodge a Rocket mortar or Javelin racks cuz it's so slow

I think it should get a buff. My suggestion for the buff is to increase the damage dealt by the turret so it will be more useful

I wish the spider turret was scary. It's only scary to low health mechs.

@@_realnoob2050 Lancer doesn't even have bad health. And panther just has the stasis barrier. Basically, this turret doesn't really scare anything.
Can you do shadow next?
you can use long arm 10 and thermal lance 6 for early game set up as a sniper and support role also

I'd say use them on arachnos. Guardian is specialized in close range combat given his ability, while arachnos is a campy mech made to hold ground.

Hes definitely a fun mech early game and can be decent mid-game with little to no upgrading. However, for me he falls off after that since he will be a bit squishy against the higher tier stuff. Just my opinion from my experiences with him :)

When you upgrade any single 10 energy and up weapon to rank 6, you are automatically given a second copy to equip.

Hiya! I am not sure how or exactly why this build got the name thanos. I like to think its because of how the 2 weapons work together. The longarm bullet travels slightly faster than the railgun bullet so if you fire them at the same time and the longarm shot procs overheat and/or the railgun hits a crit shot, you can 'dust' someone in a single shot.

Scape is there a way to lock your Beam weapons so that they'll keep firing even when you aren't holding the button?

Not that I know of. It might be possible with an emulator on a computer like bluestacks or nox but I play on mobile right now and I know of no way to do it there.
@@scape211 So when playing Beam/Longarm do you hold the Beam button with 1 finger and fire the Longarm with another or do you stop firing the Beam and then fire longarm?
@@mysterycube5469 I usually use the beam first to hit overheat, then fire the LA. But in all honesty it’s not a setup I run much. The benefit of the Longarm is not only it’s damage but the chance of instant overheat. So the thermal lance becomes less useful as a side arm.

pulse cannon 8s - great at 30-90 m, as good as the carbines imo because of the larger effective range and higher base damage, larger clip, higher fire rate.
Literally just lace your minimech around a corner, defend the other side, make sur eyou check the minimap often and refresh your minimech as often as possible

Yea the lancer is a ton of fun and at 16 energy it can do pretty darn well later in the game

RPG is ok in late game when the light mech have 12 energy,but if it have 16 energy cap,then nope
Thermal Lance is depends on what type of weapons do you have,usually u only use it with 4*~5* mech since maybe you didn't buy the carbine set yet for f2p/not enough energy

Yea I think Crystal Shard is thinking similar to me. TL can be nice for support builds, but since its a light sustain-based weapon, I didn't know if it would be ideal for Arachnos since he is squishy. RPG6 can be viable for some builds mid-game, but it also means you need to or would invest in them and since they don't carry as well to end game (with maybe the exception of light mechs) they will slow your progress for other end game builds. Auto Cannons are just bad beyond very early game. I wouldn't invest in those at all.

I just got arachnos today and i equipped it with rocket mortar 8. Bruh my lowest damage is 9k my highest damage is 31.2k. I just camp the base and just rain the enemies with missiles.
Same here but when I'm tired of that I do dual missile rack 8 , dual pulse cannon 8 , or the long arm 8s
I some times mix them in case my battle is at a place with too much cover .

When you buy a weapon you get two
But you can't buy more I think
When you upgrade a weapon that is 10 energy and up to rank 6 you automatically get a second copy. (lower energy weapons already come in pairs)

The turret isn't weak you just don't upgrade him enough the spider turret does 666 damage when its maxed.
True, if you have enough Acoins rather get Cheetah. It does whatever Arachnos does but better and faster
My favorite game. If I lose it's usually because some some rich momma's boy/girl just put a lot of money into their crap.😅 In other words some people just suck. But there's a lot of actualy players as well. Just be ready to laugh off punk trash wiping EVERYONE OUT ON YOUR TEAM. Good God I'm glad I'm a real gamer instead!!😊👍❤️

Hello Scape, i almost have the Arachnos, I'm going to get it tomorrow, can you tell me which one is better? Rocket Mortar 8 2x or Missile Rack 8 2x, I wanna use my Credits and A-Coins sparingly cuz im f2p XD
Missile rack 8. Useful in all areas of the game. Of the rocket mortars, 12 tends to be the most useful. The 8 is generally considered poor in damage overall.

@@BisaNgaca I've played SMC, got till Legendary League, but later got bored! Needed quick action arcade like game that's reasonably pocket sized and has good graphics, without p2w stuff, in SMC you can just buy SS+ and S+ Skins to boost damage of mechs and pilot I assume, so it's unfair for f2p player even if fighting 1 vs 1 with same mechs!

I plan to make one for all mechs once I get them to max and have the time to edit them all together. These videos tend to take the longest to make, but I definitely plan to do them all.

Are you asking if you can get second copies after the update? Because it has been confirmed that unfortunately you will no longer be able to make second copies in game. For those that already have them, they will have them for a limited time and then they will be taken away. Soon no one will have them.

@@hdcannon4530 yup. second copies are only available to those who had them before 1.24 but only for a short time. Not sure how long, but I would guess its before the next update. My guess is by mid August.

It has already been confirmed that we can no longer get second copies. I have ranked up nearly everything to max on the test server. You can still get a second copy of weapons at 10 energy and up, but not mechs.

Not sure what rtx is but you can play it on a pc. Plenty of players do
@@scape211 RTX is a ray tracer which improve the graphics and texture of the game, but I don't quite know if it is available for mech arena.

I kind of don't like the Arachnos because its ability's damage is really underwhelming
arachnos role is to defend a beacon/capture point he seems to be weak at first but he's actually great his turret damage increases when you upgrade him my set for him is very versatile longarm 10 on his right and pulse cannon 6 on left high damage on my right while more suppression fire on left added with the turret

On Arachnos? Sure! I mainly mentioned dual jav6 because he starts at 16 energy and dual jav6 utilizes the energy more. But if you are using the jav6s on someone else and you still want to use that style of play on Arachnos, go right ahead :)

It is very unlikely that it will be offered for free after the event, but probably available for purchase.

Yeah it’s only really useful until you have more mechs with good energy capacity.
Pretty new player here, I still use it for now, but as soon as I get another 12+ energy mech it’s outta here. (Or if I get stealth.)
