Thank you so much for this video. I've been looking especially for someone's video of the PoA where they discuss the TV and show it. (My husband is a Nintendo Switch addict, so I try to figure out what I need in order for him to use the TV for a display.) Are we able to use the spa? Steam room, sauna?
I believe you can, but I think they charge extra for the spa and the sauna. I never went so I couldn’t tell you if they allowed us without buying a package or something like that. I know the Jacuzzis outside with the pools you can use.

Looks like a great time! My fiance and I just booked this cruise for our honeymoon! We are a little concerned because we did see lots of mixed reviews about the ship and the staff on board; did you have any issues?
Hi there, first of all congratulations on your engagement. Honestly, yes I had a few issues with a few of the crewmembers. The ship is a little older, but it’s really beautiful. Overall, it was a great cruise and we had a fantastic time. But you will see the difference in the way crewmembers interact with passengers if you’ve been on other cruises that aren’t based in the USA. But I think you and your fiancé will have a fantastic time. I definitely go back again.
What hotel do you recommend for the night before cruise??
Hi there, well, the hotel that we stayed in was very nice. We only stayed there for one night. It was close to the beach, restaurants stores. I can’t remember the name of it but it’s in my video. It’s in my video I posted of us flying to Hawaii I believe I commented on the Hotel in that video.
Do you have a video about the excursions you took from the Pride of America? We are going in April 2025 for our 50th wedding anniversary and I would love to know what excursions you took. So many of the RUclips videos I have watched have such younger people it’s a bit hard to figure out which ones are good for us.

Hi there! Sorry I took so long to reply. I just seen your message. To be perfectly honest with you, excursions are super expensive. What my husband and I did was rent a car for the day or if we were in port two days, we would get the car for two days, and then do our own thing. After the embarkation video, I have videos of things that we did. Not necessarily excursions, but we went to places that had a lot of tourist there from the ship. For a cheaper price, and at our schedule, not anybody else’s. We did go to a luau once and I also have it on in my channel, and that’s probably the only thing that we paid extra for but again we went in a rented car. We are older now and I am with my husband we like to take things slower and not be too rushed. When I go with friends or family it’s another story lol! So renting a car was perfect for us because we took our time exploring the island. I would just google popular places, beautiful waterfalls, you know whatever you feel that you wanna do or see. I hope this really helps you.

Thank you! Not every restaurant was open, and there were times when the bars were closed. One thing I would advise you to do is if you’re going to have any specialty dining’s book ahead of time. When we try to book, it was closer to the day we wanted to go, and there were no available reservations.
Was the Brazilian steak house open?
