People whose deadlift max is 500lbs teaching how to deadlift: 33 minutes, 30 spent writing stuff on whiteboard
People whose deadlift max is 920lbs: 6 minutes, yeah bro, set your feet, pull the slack, set your head and pull

I still think the quiet negatives is a conspiracy to not wake the baby from naps haha

Pete blew my deadlift up with those quiet negatives (amongst other things). We worked them up into the high 5s and they really smoke you

I think people need to decide why they do deadlifts.
    1. So they can get stronger overall and get bigger. Or,
    2. So they can get better at deadlifting and then tell everyone they can do xxx lbs/kgs deadlift.

Pete comes across as an anti-charlatan, such a rational but informed guy

Pete's weighted 45 degree hypers have helped my lower back alot. I'm finding I actually recover alot quicker from deadlifting now. Maybe it's just better strength in the lower back from the Hypers.

Dave what kind of connections do you have to get some of the older legends on the show ?
    Mike bridges
    John kuc
    Larry pacifico
    Bill kazmaier
    Ted arcidi
    Paul wrenn
Do you have any hooks to make some of those happen?

I've always wondered how high does this man jump. He always had such great explosive strength in his deadlift, that I always thought he had a mad vertical jump. I know is not a strict correlation but I'm all in for being wrong too lol.

I noticed my hips locked out early last week when I deadlifted. I’m just getting back into dead’s. Now I know why. I was way to low.

Shins too close, feet too wide, hips too low….almost always what I see in majority of deadlifts

All your deadlift mistakes will fade away once you learn how to slack pull.
