Thank you it helped me fix my grandmas phones from that damn startup screen. However, she didn't remember her Gmail and password.

@@jossy7574 Again, I didn't get that far, but yes you do, depending on the app. You don't lose any data on an app like Instagram, Facebook, Roblox, etc (As long as you remember your passwords for the accounts, of course). But you might lose your data on mobile games such as Pixel Gun 3D or Monster Legends. Hope I helped!

That's the download mode. Remove the the battery the put it back and try again but Make sure you hold the volume up button + home button + power

DONT RESET THE PHONE
There is an option to "power down" which you choose. Then you hold to power key to power on and it WORKS! NO DATA LOST AT ALL

Make sure the battery is charged enough to do the hard reset. Just plug it in charge for half hour and try again. Good luck.

I think if you did it right you just reed to wait for long time , keep the phone plugged in charge and wait more than 30 minutes, i should turn on. Good luck

1-Remove the battery, 2- wait for 10 seconds, 3- put the battery back , 4- plug it in charge, 5- once the battery more than 50% charged try the method explained on the video. According to It's solves 99% of devices similar issues. Good luck
