First I upgrade my radar. Then my resource producers(sawmill quarry iron mine) Then I’ll upgrade my armory and sculptor. Then I upgrade my storages and residences. Then I upgrade all my defenses. And finally I’ll upgrade all my water stuff. All this while upgrading troops and heros
I hided my statues in trees and they will be invisible the person attacking won't know your ice but he can see from the pink hp if he scouts it's so funny

The main reason that I can think of that it is a bad idea is because you only have 1 builder. And if you were on 24/7, immediately upgrading to max, and saving the HQ for last would be good. But with only 1 builder, and the fact that we need sleep, it's best to rush to the next HQ and move on to bigger and better things, like that juicy level 6 sculptor.

Trader is funny, everytime i lack one resource for a big upgrade, say stone, and if i go to the trader and open 20 crates i will only get 200k out of those 20.
I get ur opinion but I just prefer to max everything then upgrade your hq it makes more special in my opinion if that makes sense but I still like your strategy

Have u tried warriors? They are efficient. From what ure telling me i think ure a person who clears map all the time. I have 5 accounts and all of 40+ have 300+. I only attack players when i need res for big upgrades. My main lv 52 alrd have lv70s on my map, ofcourse i can clear them lol. With az. My lv52 500+

I got to lvl 35 in a month on my alt f2p by keeping nothing but a lvl 1 sniper tower as defense and just pushing full offense and my vault. Unless I’m running full ice and a shield gen at a mid-high lvl, I’m going to get raided regardless so I might as well just upgrade my vault and push my offense. I never find my self at a shortage of offense to upgrade so it’s fine. I don’t even get raided THAT often so I can keep a lot of my resources anyway.
alright this game does perntilies you for not maxing out you base by you loosing resources and not being able to upgrade then you cant upgrade your troops so in the end you want to max out your HQ
I'm pretty much the same level but I don't prioritise landing crafts, in more depth what do you think is the most important upgrade for offensive plays PS, very helpful vid :D
Greens arent worth it, really. Offensive are the most useful ones, and ice doesnt rly work at ur level. U’ll get crushed even with ice at ur level. Just go full offense, u can have more fun at ops as well. Easier in attacking.
strugglilng to farm gold because I lose troops more than I gain gold in attacks. I am stuck in Th18 level 47 33o trophies with tanks lvl 10 warrior 13 heavys 17 zookas 16 but lvl 20/21 boats. 3 GBE 1 RR. Warriors are too slow. They die with so many bases with 2 shock defenses and low health.
True, but if you don't upgrade them you will have a weaker offense. You don't have to max them just keep them at a decent level, one or two below your HQ level.

Just find a weak point or side of the base near the hq then use heavys and zookas (i like to use 2 boats of heavys then the rest are zookas) hope that helped

Honestly have fun with 600+ vp at low levels you literally only get inactive maxed players it’s so hoard to break through the major, colonel barrier

@TheDizzy Dawg um not that bad but as u can see that christian was able to destroy a lvl 50 which high defenses so its kind of bad.
If you have high players on your map, use the find new opponent tab. Puts them on another map and gives you something you can handle quite often.

Landing crafts are hard to upgrade and don't seem like they are helping. Trust me, keeping them leveled up is worth it!
