Every resource base in boom Beach is just the same. Here in 6:13, I attacked an enemy with the same defense building, same place of the mines, and same land layout. I noticed the similarities in some resource bases.
The only reason there is hard and high level HQ resource bases is because those resource base are being taken every time by enemies, and if you conquer a resource base the buildings got upgraded
Nobody has touched my resource bases for 4 months now. This is because I am hyper-aggressive, if someone takes it from me I take it back within minutes, or a couple hours maximum. Everyone eventually gave up.

legend league is the highest rank on clash, you get a Max amount of attacks and defences in a short period, after that you get some time to train troops and do whatever.
Clash of Clans may not have instant train but they do have training potions which boosts training speed by either 4* or 10* i dont remember, I do play it but im playing Boom Beach atm

My advice to any noobs is stick to the perimeter and u can wreck everything once u get to know what works for you . My loadout is 3 boats grenadiers , a healer and the rest tanks with critter lady . Critters are game changing . So the trick with thst loadout is to keep the grenadiers alive because 9 of them dudes can wreck a 1/2 downed base quick . Within a freeze spell
I get irritated when i keep reclaiming my resource bases from persistent high level players trying to claim them, and the fact that I'm having a hard time by my own resource base adjustments made my temper go worse

you only have 8 attacks per day in clash of clans when you try to push leaderboards :) and you have all day to spend it. sometimes we just use training boost. not instant but speeds the training 4x

Luckily I also have very few active players on resource bases and they get conquered like 2/3 times a week not more
Someone betrayed me we use to trade recourse bases by that I mean the recourse base HQ is on the front and the defenses on the back I will not search for another base I will save it and take it back in the future wish me luck

So it's fair for everyone if you're maxed out that is, in Brawl stars you can get to nr1 if you just play allot and when you're good. Clash Royale is the same as brawl stars. I would say Clash of Clans is the most balanced for different kind of players from the 4. Because even if you don't have all day to play the game you only have to do 8 attacks a day for a month and have a good base to defend (you can only get attacked 8 times) so that's why I like Clash of Clans the most when it comes to pushing I thought you wanted to know that ^-^

clash royale is pretty good about not spending money on it. once you get every card in your deck at level 13 pushing for trophies is purely skill bc there's nothing else factoring in besides skill.
