Church of Tesla -
"Ferrous" wheel 🤣
I'm going to steel that one. 😁
Go for it! It's good to see you here sir :)
@@ChaoticGoodChris That one got me too. Your delivery, not stopping for effect, was what helped make it.
Another great video on an often overlooked aspect that is very important to the HV hobbyist. Thanks!
Silicone wire is by far the best. I use 10awg silicone fine stranded wire for battery packs and other projects... it’s fantastic. The only problem I’ve come across is the silicone can form static and collect dust while handling
the acronym to watch out for when buying wire is CCA which stands for copper clad aluminum. Do not buy.
OMG i just came here from your music from a hdd lolmao what happened to the super geek consealed carry kit ? instant sub verry cool channel mate from downunder
Thank you! Welcome to the weird! :)
What is the best way to connect the GTO 15 wire to the outputs? So the ring terminals say they are rated for only 600V so is it okay just to connect the wire directly to it them or is there a better way?
Ring terminals are fine in this application, just mind your clearances. The ring terminal is good to 600V....if it's right next to something. Since we're working *well* beyond 600V, you want several inches of wide open space between that ring terminal and anything else. But that's just common sense anyways, it's bristling at thousands of volts.
i just saw your camera too kool
Can not wait to get stupid 😍😂
I see,now why you refused to sell me some NST's when you went belly up! My grandmother knows more about wire than you!
No Doug, I refused to sell you NSTs because you're a genuinely horrible human being with delusions of mediocrity. Instead I gave away truckloads of HV gear to young people with a sincere and passionate desire to learn. Perhaps your grandmother can teach you how to build some decent gear, it seems she's quite knowledgeable. I'd even bet she could get more than 2 subscribers.
