LMAO!! 450k for that property… I can’t even begin to point out the issues… the places in the DR where people go to vacation are Puerto Plata (old), Casa de Campo La Romana (old and for the wealthy), Punta Cana and Cap Cana (new)… The occupancy rate in the hottest place in Punta Cana / Cap Cana was about 60% of the year… Las Terrenas is not known, you can claim up and coming all you want which means 10 years until maturity for you to start talking about return on investment.
All Punta Cana, Puerto Plata and Casa de Campo are known globally, meaning there’s advertising about them in all of Europe and the US. And to cap it all off, that villa is smaller than the one I purchased 2018 for $250k.
It certainly didn’t cost 150k to make, when you pay a bunch of Haitians less than 3 bucks an hour to put walls for you. Those bathrooms are not designed properly, you don’t have walk-in closets, god knows what the water pressure looks like there, the kitchen is small and the garage doesn’t fit 2 cars! All of those things were there in the property I bought in Puerto Plata for less than $250k. And yes the place I bought was a villa next to a resort. What’s the HOA price to go up those hills?
Thanks for the input Elvis. No disrespect but I think you maybe wrong about Las Terrenas. Your comment saying 10 years out - I think you need to visit soon. Yes 10 years out Las Terrenas will have matured to levels we can't comprehend. The growth to this point is unreal. None of the areas you mentioned can compare to the natural beauty of Las Terrenas. As you know I believe in LT PC CC and SD Pianitini. These parts are booming. I like them. But ask any dominican about las terrenas - they will all say this is the most beautiful part of their country.
As for the home - again - you're off - show me a home in the mountains you can buy for 150k with Oceanviews / ocean access / close to all Amenties / not out there my friend sorry.
Haitians building - unfortunately you will see that on a 40 million dollar oceanfront villa too. They are efficient at their trade work hard and get it done. What they are paid or not is a conversation for another channel. I think they deserve more. But again...another channel.
This house is a great deal and a great price.

I do appreciate the opinion though and the viewership my friend unfortunately don't agree with most said. Price valuation is definitely grossly off
way too expensive , ugly layout , you need to replace bray he cant sell , he looks bored and not interested , selling is an art , maybe you need to train him more but i dont think thats his trade , sorry but thats just my opinion

@@iLoveLasTerrenas you are a great sales person and i have seen many of your videos and iam sure you have sold many properties and made a ton of money , maybe it was this video bray did not look interested , I have 14 sales people in my company and I hire GOOD PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO SELL , sorry if you got offended and regarding the villa i think you just drop the price $65000 , so that means it was overprice from the star
sorry to break to you but i was never a subscriber , and iam sure bray is a nice person , also good leaders know how to take criticism. and saying the layout is ugly and the villa was overprice its been months and it has not sold maybe just maybe some people would agree with me
