I disagree about the expectation! No one wants to be a fucking studio nor is that what they are signing up for! They want to get in the studio! Being a studio runner is like Fraternity hazing! ‘Make me a fruit basket, Roll my weed and just maybe you will touch a mouse and EQ some vox’. Yeah fuck that! If a studio won’t give you the opportunity to be who you say you are, LEAVE
