I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and that baby runs like a race car. Still going great , got it used. The suv now has almost 138,000 on it. I am a mitsubishi person now😂. Haven't had any problems with the engine. If I keep my speed steady at 65-70 mph I can get a good 410-430 miles out of one full tank. I only have too fill up once every 7-8 days.

I’m in impressed with the size of this vehicle and I heard RUclipss “ Scotty Kilmer “ say the vehicle gets 40 MPG …that’s incredible. I every now and then will still see Mitsubishi Samurai that came out in the mid eighties .

    Farbon fiber 💀
This is actually really nice. There’s a dealership on RUclips that makes these into little “off-roader” styled with aggressive tires and roof racks, and it really makes these into head turners

We have one. No problems at 13000. Gets better than advertised mpg. At sea level is fine, not slow. We’re from Idaho so changed out tires to trail t/a BF Goodrich. Rides a little stiffer but not bad. Awd is better than expected. Don’t like cvt but this one is the best I’ve driven. Living in Bakersfield for now , that’s how we noticed performance difference. Not as refined as Toyota 4Runner but costs 10000 less much better mpg.
Power comes on at lower rpm than most 4 cylinder. Which helps, which is good because when you floor it , not much changes. Do not follow recommended oil changes, 10000 is way too long . I do it myself at 4 to 5 thousand. All underneath is covered but only with plastic but I guess it keeps the dirt out. Plastic holders will break after just a few oil changes but cheap to replace.

Can you (for lack of a better word) manipulate the paddle shifters for better acceleration at highway speed when you need to pass other vehicles? I REALLY like this vehicle but the engine/CVT has me concerned. We've owned 3 Mitsus, all with manual transmissions. I currently have a 2016 Lancer with a 5 speed manual. 212,000 miles with original clutch. Amazingly relieable and still runs strong.

My 2015 Nissan Rogue with 120k still drives fine without any issues which is the same powertrain that the outlander has.
I’m targeting 200k miles before selling it
Only issues which are very common for Di engines, valve cover gasket leak and motor mounts but bought them for less than $300 all 3 things

I have a used 22 outlander with low mileage the only thing that I get fixed is a the recall something bout the software update n I can’t complain bout the outlander it’s very quiet ride n love the safety features I have the se with the tech package! I traded a 21 RAV4 for the outlander ! The RAV4 was great on gas mileage on the highway! I do Uber and Lyft so I needed something with three row! The Santa Fe and Sorento was over 40,000 dollars they were both the 2024 models! The outlander was half the price so I ended up with outlander

I like it, I’m seeking a lot of these vehicles in the state of RI now, and that prompted me to check out its features. I shocked it has that heads up display and stitching interior, those are features seen in luxury vehicles like Lexus, Infiniti, Mercedes etc. One of our vehicles is a 2017 Lexus LX 570 . Just wondering if you mentioned it or not, does the vehicle have AWD?

I have a 2023 PHEV SEL. I am pretty unimpressed with it so far. It's really expensive ($51K out the door with taxes & fees), the ICE gas mileage is lousy and the UX and documentation is terrible. I've been trying to get official specs on charging for over a month now and still no luck. Currently having problems with the charge lock disengaging in cold weather. That said, I can get around 25-30 miles on the charge alone which is enough to get most of my around-town driving done. The interior is also really nice, but the 3rd row seats bang around when going over speed bumps. Been busy so haven't had a chance to look into that one yet.

  • @kuvceebxab1
