For your awareness, the re-recorded albums (Taylor’s Versions) are meant to devalue the original masters that her label sold out from under her, despite writing every song and wanting to own her artistic work. Because you’re diving into her work for the first time, listening to the original versions is fine. But it’s worth noting that the re-records have extra “vault tracks” that were written during that time but never released.
