Great video Brandon and thanks for sharing your thoughts of the bag. I'm always a sucker for a good camera bag. Do you think an unattached 600mm (~19") lens would fit?
Yeah I have a bag problem, well let's be honest I maybe have a gear problem... Yes, and unattached 600mm would fit. From the bottom to the bottom of the roll top measures ~20". What are you carrying now?? A few other packs I own that would fit that lens: - Atlas Adventure (skinnier pack and only fits mount down, airline friendly), - F-Stop Tilopa (hit or miss on the airline side, but the icu can be pulled out and works), - F-Stop Shinn (largest bag and would fit with body, extra lenses and the kitchen sink, not airline friendly but can pull the icu out and carry-on) Maybe I need to do a few more bag reviews? It's so hard to find good reviews for wildlife photographers (at least when I look). Thanks for tuning in and let me know if there is anything else you need to know. - Brandon
I'm right there with you man--can't have enough bags! I currently have the MindShift Backlight 36L. It's a bit bulky/wide, doesn't have belt pockets, and doesn't have that convenient top-flap that most "adventure" bags have. I've been able to carry it on all my international flights (Alaska, Australia, and New Zealand) though. I think Michael may even have the same bag. Thanks for the suggesting some other packs, I hadn't heard of the Atlas Adventure. The narrower frame is very intriguing. I'd definitely enjoy seeing more bag reviews from you guys. Wildlife photographer, Mortin Hilmer, did a decent bag review (ruclips.net/video/mrKmtuU3RDM/видео.html) that suites his photography style. Thanks again.
Yeah, the dividers from the Atlas backpack work nicely. That being said, I've just been using the Atlas Backpack. The grey dividers with the brown inside of the Polar Pro drives me nuts 🤣
Solid review 🤙
Appreciate it!
I always wondered how you carry all of your equipment into the wild. That's interesting. Thanks❤❤❤
Thanks for watching!
Well done, Brandon. Overhead camera angle really came in handy for this.
Thanks for watching! Yeah the overhead camera was key! I have a secret though....it was a Canon... Don't let my Sony friends know! 🤣
@@TruthLegend lol fan boys be damned!!

Looking for a camera bag as I’m going to Namibia in February…. In regards to the dividers, maybe swap them out from another bag?
