Thanks for making this video! I was able to track down a complete Rise Of Boba Fett battle pack Slave I for my 3 3/4” Jango complete for a great price. This video helped me verify that it came with everything it needed to
Thank you so much for doing a comparison between the old and new versions. That's exactly what I was looking for and I didn't find any other videos that did it. So, thank you.
What a dedication to the Slave I. Just found your channel and immediately subscribed. Got the one from 2002 AOTC from my grandfather for Christmas. Got some fond memories of the time back then.
Thanks man! I just got that big scale Jango’s slave 1 off eBay… it’s missing pretty much everything, but it was only $6 bucks! I’m in the process of building all the missing panel/hatches and cockpit window, and then my plan is to convert the interior for 6 inch figures… I think it’ll work!
Great review, my Son and I enjoyed it and no idea that there were so many different versions to choose from! Hopefully we'll be able to get one if they get released once again; or able to find a more affordable one. 👍
I have the Newest BIGGEST of the "Slave 1" Ships that I recently snagged off of E-Bay and I plan on ALOT of Detailing, Lighting and adding paint detailing and possibly re-doing the whole Cockpit Bubble Cover to have JUST That part open! LOTS of room for detailing. I also plan on opening up the "Door" to where the sliding ramp comes down and some other compartment areas will get working "Doors" and such. Alot of cool things are planned for this one! :D
This was so useful! Thank you for putting all the models together in one comparison video, it's a great resource for identifying what models I'm looking at.
It would have been nice. There have been some great sounds and lights in vehicles over the years, but in the end I end up taking batteries out and never using it.
Great video bro..but I think in minute 8:23 you are right..those laser guns are supposed NOT to be there...instead they should be on the 2002 Jango Slave 1 ship( the new mold) which in the movie we can see the Jango ship is shooting the laser to Obiwan ship. I think hasbro did mess up . And too bad even into the $150 boba slave 1 ship still hasbro didn't set any electronic features at that price N big size.
Glad someone made a vid abt the Slave 1. I personally love this ship and the fact its not traditional as far as its flying mode. I was lucky enuff to have my rents buy me the original slave 1 as a child and got the shadow version later as an adult. So now i have two. Working on the clones toys r us version. Thanx for the vid.
Nice video. One bit of trivia about the 2004 Target exclusive is that the Boba Fett figure has a launching missile. Early versions did not include it - it was an oversight on Hasbro's part - and you had to request for it. Upon your request, they sent the missile in a padded envelope.
See where the two big guns are at and the bottom those attached to the sides because those were supposed to be for Jingle fish ship for attacking a clone when he popped the missiles out and shot of the Obi-Wan Kenobi check your movies again thank you for the video
None of these Slave I ships have electronic features. This is disappointing for the 2013 and 2020 versions. The vintage 1981 version and the Shadows of the Empire 1996 version were the most accurate because the back ramp opens up into the hold.
I cover that one I. This video as well as the first TVC Slave 1 which is the same mold, slight paint variation on the current one. So they are the same with different paint and sone different accessories.

WONDERFUL video Sir. VERY HISTORICAL piece... beautiful!

That asteroid chase in AOTC is pretty badass. Great video MrBuyz! Really enjoyed it thanks
Fantastic video. Loved it. Thank you for putting this together.

Well the big one is coming out again with an updated paint job for Book of Boba Fett next year. It’s available for preorder at $200.
@@mrbyz Cool, thanks for the info, take care! 🙂

@@mrbyz here's hoping for slave1 in the mission fleet line seeing as the razorcrest is selling faster than spice from kessel😂great vid man thanks👍
I have the second one minus the ramp and figures and stickers I got it at a antique place
Great vídeo! Very enlightning. Thanks.
I wish they would have put sounds on the vintage 2020 Slave 1.
It would have been nice. There have been some great sounds and lights in vehicles over the years, but in the end I end up taking batteries out and never using it.
those weapons from slave 1 of boba 2005 are from ep2 jangos on movie
The 2002 one has a hole to mount Jango's Jetpack on the wall.

John Ballard thanks!

I've been trying to get that big Jango version for a while. They're hard to find under $200 anymore.
Even when it came out I think it was $100, but it came with a Mace Starfighter and 5 figures.
@@mrbyz Yeah, I remember it being around $100. Darn good deal for 4 figures and 2 ships.
Loved this!
This video is very helpful.
I have the first slave 1 of jango fett but glass of the cockpit shrinks. what have to do to fix it?
I don’t know about this issue, so I really can’t offer any help. Sorry.
Thanks a lot, your video was exactly what I was looking for. Now, I know I won't buy the small one. 😉👍
Glad it could help.
Thanks for this video

Cool videos bro
In the 80s there was a really nice smaller scale
The DIE Cast? Yes. I do include the vintage Action Figure one from the 80s in this.
I paid 20 bucks for the tiny slave 1 with a boba fett so its worth it to me.
incomplete until you include all the lego Slave 1s.
I was just going for Hasbro action figure ones. Although I do have a few of the Lego ones.
Jango Fett's starship and Boba Fett's starship the slave 1
Very cool video! Top notch 😃
THE BLACKED OUT EWOKS thanks!
Very nice. Yet I have smaller scale Slave 1,
like Starwars "action fleet" which is not bad and even micro machine one which is tiny.
Yes I didn’t include those here as I was covering the action figure scale ones.
You'll have to compare the new one coming out soon.
Oh I will.
@@mrbyz I really just want the Boba more then anything 🤷🏻♂️
Do more vehicle comparison
Saif Nussair I think I will I’m eyeing all y x-wings and thinking that might be next. Thanks!
So is the one at best buy now the biggest one?
Yes. It’s a repaint if the big one with better detail and a flight stand, but it’s the same.

So basically I learnt that I own the worst Slave1 ever produced grrreat! But at least I also know which is the best to hunt down. Thanks for the vid
sorry. At least that means you bought the small one that was relatively cheap.
Do you know how the Rise of Boba Fett Ultimate Slave 1 compares to the Book of Boba Fett version and previous Slave 1 releases?
I cover that one I. This video as well as the first TVC Slave 1 which is the same mold, slight paint variation on the current one. So they are the same with different paint and sone different accessories.
@@mrbyz Thanks for responding.
wow!
The han in carbonite from 2013 was also in a Disney Land exclusive small miniature star Wars statue set
Yes, but it’s not the same exact mold. That one is a little different. Not quite the same size.
i have the repainted one of the ventage
I actually did a review if that one too to look at the differences.
u only need the 2020 has a better paint job now
