Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos. Are you watching the Ahsoka series? In episode 2, the tool Sabine uses to access the droid's memory is the 1981 Tandy (RadioShack) Fire Away, a game my family had as a kid.
Hello Jim, I enjoyed ur comparisons between the original vintage Kenner Star Wars Ewoks & the Hasbro versions. I believe all Lumat & Paploo figures were made in Mexico (MIMs). Interestingly, no COOs on them. Great video as usual…
Hey Jim, love your Ewok collection. I picked up Chirpa and Teebo yesterday and Lumat about a month ago. I didn’t like them in the 80s but they are growing on me!
@@classicalvintagecollector that is exactly what I told the guy at the comic book store I picked them up at. I said when I was a teenager I didn’t like them and thought I was too old for toys. I had to turn 54 to see that wasn’t the case at all! One of the great things about getting older - a better perspective on life and how things really are.
Fun video! Thank you! I've pretty much been keeping up with all the Ewoks that Kenner / Hasbro have been releasing over the years, barring straight-up re-releases. They're by far not my favourite aliens, but for my sins, I'm a completist. And if they ever redo the Ewok Village, I'll be able to populate it for a decent display, at least.
Nothing wrong with liking the ewoks. Each character relates to each person in a different way, just like Certain pieces of music will appeal to one person and not the other. Thank you for taking the time to watch the video.
Thanks 😊 for the big share on your Ewok collection and the newer ones blend in well Awesome set.

I didn't care for them in the 1980s either. As a teenager, I felt like they were too cute. As an adult, I few things a bit differently.

I only have a fraction of the ewoks that have been produced by Hasbro. The village is a cool playset.
@@classicalvintagecollector Wish I'd picked up that Robin Hood Sherwood Forest playset when I had the chance . . . .
@@Beedo_Sookcool That one is a cool playset. I did a comparison video on the two playsets a while back.

Actually, the Ewoks were supposed to be lizard men. The Wookie story is an unsubstantiated myth.
Actually, here is a video of Lucas admitting his original play was to use wookies. 2:34. ruclips.net/video/jMGVCA7eLFw/видео.htmlsi=bVpK5WZp8eOqnb6N
Do vintage kenner ewoks have different peg holes or are they as big as the usual ones?🙂
They are the same size as the other figures in the original Kenner Star Wars line.
@@classicalvintagecollector Thank you so much for the reply ,Jim!👍
Naw man the ewoks were cool, they did not defeat the empire ? What is it with that remark ?
