Dude, stops making these lies! I am from Cypress area, Townlake, Bridgeland I know these areas pretty well. Cookie cutter home starts at high $300k and lower $400k. Average home around mid $500k’s. And the one like in your videos are closer to or over $1 million’s! Cut the crap bro!
Not sure if you watched the entire video, but I literally read the home prices directly off of the builders websites and tell the viewer exactly how much the floor plans start at. Here’s the link of the first home to see for yourself: www.coventryhomes.com/houston/bridgeland-40ft-homesites As you can see, homes from that specific builder are starting in the $330k range and go up to about $403k. They are in the new section on the west side of 99, which isn’t that high demand yet because of the schools being zoned to Waller ISD. I don’t have time right now to send you every single builders website but I’m sure, with your knowledge of the area, that you can find that information yourself.
