We have Yoshinoya in the US in some of the larger populated cities. I have not eaten there, but your beef bowl looks so good! I want to eat there now. Also, next time I’m in Japan I will eat at Yoshinoya. I am American, my husband is Japanese. I ❤ 🇯🇵

I have watched several videos of yours. If you have not, it may be a good idea to do annual medical checkups, including blood glucose. It seems that you consume quite a lot of carbohydrates (ramen and sugared drinks), which may lead to Type II diabetes later on.

In my opinion, the United States wins in obesity since their diet is terrible since they consume pizza, hamburgers, etc. and when they make a Mexican recipe they turn out super bad like tacos 🌮 their recipe has nothing to do with an authentic Mexican taco, although there are videos that show that tacos originate from another country, however obesity in Mexico is due to the fact that We eat a lot of garnacha (tacos, pozole, pambazos, tamales, etc.) and especially sugars like Coca Cola and sweets, I stopped eating sweets since I gained weight, now I have lost weight hahaha and I try to eat better

My wife and I have been married 43 years and brought up 3 children and we now have 4 grandchildren. All I can say is give the videos up and concentrate on your family.
