That's the most honest thing I think Pete's said in all my years watching him. "You're about to take the worst photos of your life." Push the product, talk about how cool it'll make you look, how nice it'll make you feel, how professional everyone will think you are... and then drop the truth bomb, that you will continue to take dog water pictures and sprint home to try to fix everything in post while having a nervous breakdown.

When I first set out to make my own camera straps, I ended up making two short straps that clipped to the camera and onto your wrist. Then I made a short camera strap and started wearing my camera as a necklace too.
It took way too long for me to realize that I could combine all three of the straps and make a moderately long regular camera strap that goes down to my waist.😂😭.
While I don’t feel like I need this strap, it does look to be nice a nice product and definitely will have a look into it.

Hate straps like that. The camera might not move and bounce when you're skinny and flat chested :P As someone who leans over things a lot for hours every day, anything with a symmetrical pull on my neck is a big injury maker. I'll stick to the Peak Design Slide across my chest.
A Pentax 67 with the stock lens isn't even that heavy, try that with an Aero Ektar 7" lens on a metal adapter :D

Hey Peter, I loved that idea of combining air, land and sea... I could totally see you pulling it off either at the Ferry port in Nova Scotia or at Port Aux Basques, here in Newfoundland or the ferry port in Vancouver... I think that would be a deadly sequence to do. If you do go forward with it and decide to shoot it out here in Newfoundland, I would love the chance to shoot some BTS of it.

I love the harness, but the short strap and having the girls there, so uncomfortable and way too bouncy. I don't think it will work for us ladies. Looks good on you Pete!

We’ve tested with a handful of lady shooters! Most have said it is perfect and not uncomfortable on their chest. That said if you have any issues we’ll return no questions asked! 🙌

You’ve got to be kidding me.. every camera strap I own can be adjusted to any length I want. Short, shorter, long, etc. I’m sure the quality of Joe’s straps is top notch, but I’ll just adjust my straps I already have.

Two Minute Tuesday turning more into Tuesday Talks, and I'm loving it!
That short strap would be perfect for the Kodak Brownie Cresta 3! It's a 6x6 camer that really only offers Composition as a level of control for the Photographer, kind of like a Holga, but without the light leaks
That strap for cameras is pretty awesome.

Absolutely love both those straps, especially the short strap! Want to point out for AFAB photographers with large chests that the short strap is unfortunately not ideal....super jealous you can just wear that lol. Also loving film as well right now, definitely not my best work but it helps m slow down and remember why I love photography. Keep on it Peter!!

Short straps and shoulder harness... Eh, that leather looks quite stiff. I like a little softness, some cushion on my straps. I hate straps that dig into my shoulders or the back of my neck. Plus, I'd need that short strap a bit longer, I'm a big guy with a thick neck, and I'd feel my camera would be practically against my chin.
Doesn't dig in to my shoulder's at all. These cameras are also absurdly heavy. Ridiculous actually haha.
