Revelation 20:14-15; John 3:16-18. 2. There must be someone qualified who will step up and provide help. a. Our military. b. Our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 John 4:9. 3. There must be the act of sacrifice itself. a. Our military being willing to give their lives for us to protect us. b. Our Savior willing to give His life for us to pay for sin. 1 John 4:10. 4. The benefits of the sacrifice made. a. Our national freedom. b. Our spiritual freedom. Romans 5:1; John 8:36; Ephesians 2:8-9.
