    That guy is wrong you should never do 1 set of 100. You should always limit your glute exercises to 1 or 2 sets of 16-20. You should also perform at least 5 different exercises per workout session. Get a new coach Bri, one that has some experience. Or I recommend watching bret the glute guy, booty king, Hanna oberg, Kristy cela, or nastassia ponomerenko here on RUclips.

    I love you Bri but you look like you only do cardio. Definitely no strength training or else you would look more toned. If you just started doing these kind of workouts then that's one thing. But come on girl there ain't no damn way you usually do this

      I just started strength training regularly lmao. I’ve been doing it for a few months. I’ve had good results so far and I’m happy with how I train. I haven’t had a bad experience yet.
