Marvelous Malva

I love trying new recipes that are easy to make and don't take forever. I also love making malva pudding but haven't been able to get it right. That was until I found this recipe, it is easy to make and ready in 20 mins. It was also heritage day this week so I thought I might make something special to celebrate. So here goes.
