    Very informative. However, there is a small typo in the second last example of “understanding six sigma concept” slide. Delayed flights should be 3.4 and not 3.4 million. Thanks.

    The center line of a control chart is not a target. It is the average performance. Targets can be found on other Lean Six Sigma tools but they are never on control charts. Control charts are voice of the process tools and a target is a voice of the customer concept.
