    I've been watching some of your older videos and it makes me so happy to see how much you've improved. Not only with your English but your editing and especially your shooting. The difference between your old videos and your current ones is incredible. I'd love to see you improve even further in the future, but given the quality of your videos, I don't know what you could do better.

    I've always wanted to say this.. I appreciate all the hard work you put into making all the delicious vegan food and videos! I'm quite sad that I've only found you recently, about two weeks ago, but better late than never! Now I have another vegan youtuber to look forward to and to start my new year with as well!     This is almost the same recipe as the vegan pudding they make in my city, except they use coconut milk, kabocha squash. It's so delicious. I can definitely tell this will be delicious too. Can't wait to try it and save some of my money!

    Carrot is a good substitute for pumpkin and it is sweeter. Indian dessert recipes use carrots as the main ingredient in some of their sweets. I still have a long way to go to watch the rest of your cooking videos and the non cooking ones. Enjoyed all of them and got me interested in veganism! Thanks!

    You don't say how long they keep and if you have to keep in fridge? I just found your videos a couple days ago and have been writing them all down! I grew up on a farm and it's wonderful to see someone so young who knows so much about cooking from scratch! AWESOME!!! LOVE YOUR VIDS!!!

    質問があるのですが、レシピに葛粉と寒天の両方使用するのには理由があるのですか?videliciousのチョコプリンwithラズベリーソースも両方使っていたので気になりました。(ちなみにチョコプリン作ったらとても美味でした)

    Can't wait to try this pudding! It looks similar to creme caramel. I'm curious if you pour the pudding in the pots immediately after adding the caramel and then put it in the fridge, and right before eating it, turn the pots over on to a plate. The top should be infused by the palm sugar and the syrup will drizzle down the sides.

    Есть одному,невкусно!Ни мне,ни тебе,ни ему...На самом деле огромное спасибо .Качественные видео,и все понятно,невзирая на то,что я знаю только русский язык.Некоторые ингридиенты мне не доступны и я пытаюсь адаптировать рецепты к тому,что есть.Например вместо кленового сиропа,использовать финики,вместо крахмала тапиокки-крахмал кукурузный.У меня даже иногда получается вкусно:)

    I enjoy your videos very much! I tried out this recipe and it came out fine. However, the flavor was a bit...うすい, and also a bit watery. should I add more vanilla and agar/starch? And if I don't have palm sugar, do I use brown sugar instead? (I still want the brown color to it) Thank you for your inspiring videos.

      dorayakikun2 If you feel it's watery, add starch like 1 - 2 tbsp. or use another kind of pumpkin. some pumpkins are really watery sometimes.

    Thank you very much for your excellent videos (*^^*) I also went vegan last year but find it extremely difficult to get ahold of a lot of the ingredients in your recipes when living in Japan (I'm half Japanese). I was wondering whether you order them online? If so, are there any websites you would suggest?

      I often use iHerb.com price is very low, parcel arrives within a week, lots of organic product, I like using them:)

    If we didnt have fresh pumpkin on hand, could we use puree and would we have to use less milk? Thanks again you rock!

      vanillahugz umm...if use 100g puree, use 400g milk. don't need to use less milk I think.
