  • Robert Soderholm may be one of the best snappers we've ever seen... Could he sneak his way into the 1st round of the draft though?

Can you do a NFL Team Rankings video? Man analyzing all the different long snappers would be a lot of work but I'd be interested in knowing which ones are the best

I think the big thing about him is a lot of college snappers are used to being a “third gunner” and don’t have to block, which leads to NFL teams having to teach that. That’s one of the reasons Thomas Fletcher didn’t work out for the panthers. So for him to be able to block as well as he does already puts him above other prospects.

Love to see the brand being extended to LSs. Even more than kicker and punters, this is probably the most over-looked position in football, but if it were simple teams would just have the center do it. My brother was my high school’s center, but I was the long snapper, and while I sucked in comparison to this guy, it’s a unique position with unique skills. You have to get hit in the head (depending on the state you’re playing in) and you’re still expected to turn into a tackler. Putting the ball on a rope and then busting your ass to track down a returner is much harder than people think; very easy to do one or the other.

Your customary concluding patter needed something extra on this piece of effort. Something that tells the NFL scouts where to send thank you gifts. Some of them are going to plagiarize your work as their own in the team round tables before the draft.
And I am going to try and use a new compliment in the future, "you hit the right hip with that".

Christian Watson is looking like a bonafide superstar right now with 8 TD’s in the last 4 games, and Doubs before he was injured was looking incredible as well.
Rodgers has support. He just also has a completely f*cked thumb and a defensive coordinator that makes modern day Madden players look like geniuses by comparison.

Alex Ward from UCF is better. Consistent All-American. Voted practice player of the week at Senior Bowl & was voted a captain on America team. He also impressed many NFL scouts. He was a two time Mannelly Award nominee. Many felt he got robbed this year the award due to college brand bias. He’s also the lone long snapper invited to this years NFL combine. He’s projected to be the lone long snapper drafted this year.
