Sir could you please make a video on how we derive the lump sum constrcution rates 1200 rupees/sqft from contractors prospective. I have worked on item rates only ,now i have to start my own business but here the type of contract is lump sum only. The scope of this lump sum cost is from excavation to 1st lintel level only. it would be really helpful for me and all your subscribers too.
