The cylinder type seems wrong for such a long barrel. I assume it was 14,5 inch/363 mm? Might change the cylinder for type 1 so the volume would be good for .32 maybe. That and Maple leaf or flat hop would probably push the range a bit. Although I don't know for sure how that would work because of UK restrictions on fps. A flat hop would bump the muzzle velocity a bit.
You are absolutely right. The problem of DE, they use the same gearbox with the same cylinder for all models, from 215mm to 420mm. The model M908A has 385mm long barrel. And the effective volume of their opened cylinder is 43-8=35mm. That means the compression ratio of this model is just 1,37:1 (total crap). The second problem, is the quality of this cylinder. It has some coating, which was very scratched after the first game with my brand new M904E.
i wouldn't recommend the kublai mags. They don't feed at all. Battel Axe Midcap 200 round ones work pretty good but you've got to play around with the right bbs

I've heard they use to be meh, but are pretty okay now for budget brand. My favourite always be Cyma, but I am bis as everything I've bought from them as been amazing
@@jorensc oh can confirm. I have 4 cyma aks!!! The accuracy is okay but range stock oh boy!!! They are amazing starters or just in general. I never upgrade any of mine
Same, 445fps for 1.52J, I play outdoor and it pass if they dont test it, I play mid to long range and semi/2burst, but normaly it doesnt pass anywhere, it as a Quick change spring so change the spring with like a M120 or less, anyone can do it, but this gun is a beast for the price

You can change it, but actually there is no point of doing it, as the replica is absolutely amazing straight from the box :)
