Drafting a QB from a weak class because you "need a QB" is ignoring the massive talent available at other positions, and will bite them in the ass, hard ..

Our core is old & injury prone. We need to hit on draft picks & start adding young pieces to the core. The Lions added Goff & drafted good football players…they didn’t need to draft a QB to change their culture. You need to build your football team to where you can put any QB back there and still win a lot of games like how the Eagles can score 41 points with Kenny Pickett. Trenches & run game!

First off Dustin doesnt know how being cut with guaranteed money works in the nfl. Secondly kirk was bad because he was forced to throw it 40 plus times a game at the age of 36. Not everyone is winston, it wears a qb down throwing that much constantly. Plus he will be a year further along in his Achilles. Pair him with a strong defense and run game and he is fine
