Ya'll are forgetting rhe s04 main theme, Ashes on Fire. Warhammer titan theme is more slow and fitting too, ut really fits the theme of the s04 and upcoming arcs, I really wouldnt mind if they played that too, its epic, but ofc youseebiggirl has a special place in our hearts!

Many people complain that Hallucinogenia is a bad conclusion to the Titan mystery, but I personally think it could not be better.
First of all, it's not some made up bullshit but an actual worm we know nothing about - so it might as well be some supernatural creature that died without having a shot at turning someone into the first titan, and on some parallel universe, Attack on Titan could've actually happened. This makes it fit perfectly with the realistic and grounded nature of Attack on Titan's plot. If the solution to the mystery was magic or aliens, like many fans speculated, this would've been just lazy and unimaginative. This is perfect.
Secondly, hallucinogenia fits perfectly with how Titans actually work. Titan powers come from inside the nape/spine of the shifter and from a mysterious elecrical charge. So it's only fitting to Hallucinogenia, who literally looks like a severed human spine, through which our nerves run electrical impulses.
Thirdly, with Hallucinogenia we finally have an answer to what the world of the paths is and how are all Eldians connected. If Hallucinogenia attached itself to Ymir so it would be able to multiply, it only makes sense why Eldians all carry Founding Titans/Ymir's genes. Hallucinogenia multiplies like a sexually transmitted disease, its cells are spread out into every single Eldian from birth but are not awakened unless they are stimulated with a spinal fluid of a titan, or, in other words, already awakened Hallucinogenia cells. The reason why only 9 titan shifters are able to willingly control the state they are in, is because 3 daughters of Ymir did not merely inherited non awakened Hallucinogenia cells from birth, but actually ATE hallucinogenia worm itself which was attached to Ymir's spine. Later their children also ate their spines, because that's what king Fritz demanded, and so original Hallucinogenia worm, which is literally like a hive mother to all Eldians who possess its spread out cells, was spread evenly between 9 individuals, and is passed throughout generations by eating. The founding titan is simply the Eldian which possesses the biggest piece, or the head of Hallucinogenia. This is how Eren had it in its spine when he and Zeke made contact, it was there all along and in Griesha/royal family before that. And the hive mother Hallucinoenia - the founding titan is what connects all its cells and titan shifters, just like a bee hive mother is connected to all the bees. And when an Eldian dies, Hallucinogenia collects back its multiplied cells, and since they are situated in the spinal cord of a human, it collects conciousness and memories of those they belonged to. This is how Eldians end up together in the world of the paths, which is simply the nervous system of the original Hallucinogenia.
It all makes sense, and is completely brilliant. Amazing plot and world building. How could anyone possibly say this is bad writing?

@@vcasxsnk Hopefully that’ll be the case. He has said before he had run out of ideas after Season 3 Part 2, which is why Yamamoto created the majority of the tracks for S4 (still don’t know if those songs are for the entire season or just pt1 but from the looks of it that might be all we get for both parts, which will be super disappointing considering the production has a year and 3 months now). Regardless, if Sawano does come back one final time, which I really really really hope he does, it’s sure to be one of the best anime soundtracks.

This creature may have been a mutated or evolved version of the Halucigenia. As some people know, in the Cambrian age, things evolved way more rapidly than they do now. Only taking ten years or so to evolve physically while now it takes millions of years to do so. The Halucigenia in the Attack on Titan universe may have evolved to it's peak and had the ability to transmit it's evolving nature into other beings but only if it had it's DNA in their blood.

Notice the visual structure of ymir and halucigenia-sama in this image.
Throughout AOT, the recurring themes of attacking vs. defending are the yin and yang of the masterpiece. Like how Eren inspires Armin to grow beyond his shell and take risks he would have never taken before. Furthermore, the halucigenia gives young, meek Ymir godly powers that parallel Eren and Armin's relationship, which is befitting as Eren eventually embodies the creation that is the "founder".
I love such parallels SO much...

You know what's messed up? There was really no reason for these characters to die. For example, in my soon to be comic, some of my characters that'll might be your favorite will die, but for a cause and a REASON. Isayama just kill these characters off as if it's just a natural part of life, especially that his plan was to kill off every character just so he can see our tears, but in a wrongful way

Honestly 3:16 and on would make a PERFECT soundtrack for the rumbling. The original version definitely gave off the vibe of the pain of betrayal and the heartache; but this version took it to a whole new LEVEL!!! It goes from betrayal, to ultimate DESPAIR!!! When hearing this, you know the story is completely void of any chance for a happy ending. It's epic, it's dramatic, and it's twice as powerful in this key! Honestly the actual anime's ost is gonna have a hard time topping the vibes this one dished out.
