That is awesome, I want the same setup for my 2013 2.0t Genny, are yall still open. I would like to contact you for pricing, or do you have the price list available?
nah theres no way in hell hes running a stock clutch. My clutch ended itself after a simple reflash tune on a bone stock car making maybe 30hp and 60 torque over stock. And I'm very easy on my clutch, I never ride it or abuse it.
Have you looked into Remnant Performance turbo kits for the 3.8? Looking at everything listed here to get 460whp it looks like to be almost the same price as one of their kits and you make almost identical power. And I mean I've seen Instagram videos of 3.8s with a turbo kits turbo (similar in almost every aspect to remnant performance but more expensive) and a water meth set up and tune make 463whp and 490tq on 91. I wont lie over all that might be more money than this set up but you're talking a grand maybe. The injectors alone listed here could be almost $600 for 1300cc injectors plus the turbo, new piping, new manifolds, and everything it's probably $5k which is how much a 3.8 turbo kit costs to make identical power and more torque because you dont need injectors as they can handle up to 600whp. You can do it man! @alphaspeedpr on Instagram has the exact video of the car I'm talking about posted in August.
@@EscapeTheMatrix6977 its up to you. If you want out of the box power and dont plan on doing a lot of mods get the 3.8. But the 2.0 is a great option for tuner car. From what my local genesis guru said. The stock internals are safe as long as you keep it around 350 terks. Once you get a little above that they get a little explode-y
To my prior knowledge, I've heard that the engine used in these and the Veloster N is the Hyundai variant of the 4B11 Turbo so it probably could handle more if it had a better clutch and maybe an HX40 turbo on it
@@jordanprice9285 Only the block is the same the internals are different. As the 4B11 is closed deck and the G4KF is open block thats why the Mitsubishi can handle more boost.

Just checking in to see if its still holding up to those numbers on stock internals

A year now has passed did the engine blow 😳

I’m surprised a stock clutch can handle that
I don’t think it does. My stock clutch slips with a simple Stage 2 tune.
I think his clutch was upgraded. I have a bk1 2.0t 60 millimeter upgrade and my stock clutch can’t handle shit lmao

Does nobody see that hose clamp that connects to the first intercooler pipe on the left side, i don’t think it was tightened all the way
What do you mean?
Did anyone notice the flame in the shape of a heart?
Beastly 🤘🏻
I need a flame tune like that on my bk2 😭
I wish my 3.8 could put down that amount of power 😂😂 I should have gone with the 2.0 🤦♂️

Yeah i switched up bro turbo kits for the 3.8s are crazy $$$. 2.0 you can tune ans make far more than a 3.8 for way less money.
Bro, a simple HX40 setup and low boost would net you 500whp probably fairly easy man! Stock block as well.
How much in total did this cost?
Around 9k, Garret turbos are expensive.
@@trunkslorenzana 9k? No way. I fully built my 2.0t genesis coupe motor for less. This turbo setup alone was probably 2.5k or less. Including manifold

This and the Veloster N share the same engine, right? are the stock internals "safe" just because the torque is so low?
