      Haha yes, these take some practice. There's a reason Tai Chi is considered the best form of exercise for improving balance ;)

      Thanks! I think it is a great addition to a Qigong practice. It just usually has a bit more barrier of entry with how complex it can be. Hopefully this made it easier to get started!
