- In architecture we have the adage: “Form follows Function.” (Walter Gropius, Bauhaus) Dr Ibrahim Karim, professor, architect, scientist, author, and creator of BioGeometry has a more holistic viewpoint. “ENERGY AND SHAPE CREATE FUNCTION .” The shaping of energy produces information (function). Dr Ibrahim Karim the founder is a truly Renaissance Man, who combines science and spirituality in a practical and applicable way for daily life situations.
He was born in Cairo. He studied architecture at the Technical University (FIT/ETH) in Zurich where he got his master’s degree in Architecture (1967) and Doctor’s degree in Architecture and Town Planning (1975). He obtained also a PhD in Tourist Planning.
For many years, Dr Karim held several advisory positions in Egypt to the Ministers of Health, Culture, Tourism and Scientific Research.
Besides architecture, he practices interior design and furniture and product design with a new environmental worldview.

Thank you for this interview. I recently discovered Biogeometry.
I would like to share my artistic process which relates to personal growth, spirituality and science.
Before starting sculpture I do resonance work by meditation and observation of shapes, sounds and colours belonging to archetypes. This is an imaginative - inspiring stage of the artistic process. Data is absorbed and processed on a mental and emotional level.
In making the sculpture, the life energy is brought in through forms that resonate with living nature, such as the double bent plane, and other natural forms. This is the intuitive stage of the creative process. All the data is intuitively coming together to connect with the initial archetype. This is where the will or action takes place in shaping the materials - the deepest level of warmth (darkness) is filled with the light and colour of previous stages. This culminates in the experience of the knowing-doer or conscious creation.
I work only in series, creating a time sequence of transformation of forms in space, also known as metamorphosis, which effectively belongs to a fourth dimension. Metamorphosis connects the series with other dimensions all the way to the archetypal, as do each individual sculptures in the series by way of resonance.
When the sculpture series is done I practice Goethean four fold observation for each sculpture in order to discover what has manifested in the form. The names of the sculptures arise from this scientific qualitative observation, as does the description of the series.
This is a spiritual scientific art process. An objective individual ritual. This process gives the sculpture its meaning, purpose, and intrinsic value.
Very informative I would like to know more as it's only this year that I came across this knowledge whilst learning Reiki Healing .
Im absolutely fascinated with Bg3 now & would love to be involved more with it as learning & applications .

@@AtelierVrealestateI guess she means harmonize the energy /atmosphere in the prisons by using the geometric shapes, biogeometry tools, etc. Brilliant idea! As I understand it, however, the prisons are generally now run by private institutions, rather than governments... So you'd have to convince them (not that governments themselves would be easy to convince - but Mr Karim did have great success with Swiss and German authorities - though that too stopped unfortunately because political stumbling blocks did appear in the end. (As I've gleaned from listening to several of this fascinating man's interviews) . Great stuff indeed!

Hi Eva, After the interview with Dr Karim I did the foundation and the advanced Biogeometry training online with trainer Kris Attard from Malta. The training gives you very practical information on how you can improve your inner and outer environment.

We live in a different era. When considering these things we have to consider that ecosystem and atmosphere that our decendants lived in. We dont exist in a bubble-the universe was a totally different place in that time

Because I myself studied multimedia design and was specialized in logos (our first language). This appeals to me a lot. I am very curious and would also like to experience it first in my home and to measure and harmonize my body. Do you know several or perhaps yourself Dutch practitioners who can do this? I couldn't find anyone who specialized in this in the Netherlands yet. I am even now thinking of taking this course myself.

This is fascinating . I love how his clothes match his backdrop too! When he's talking about 'life force' energy this is something i believe in however i wonder how you could explain this to people without sounding woo woo or if there is any scientific research that might back up this idea of 'life force energy'.

Hi, The Covid disruption that we all had to endure put the pilot at the UK university on hold. We were not able yet to start it up again. At the moment we are preparing for a possible pilot at one of the universities in Amsterdam.

my question is is this miracle is going to be used only for rich countries who can pay/ ? Egypt is suffering, my country Tunisia is suffering, people are tired and unhealthy. please Ibrahim, help. Do something for us.
Totally agree. ONE cource cost more than i make in a month... And the products that are for sale is ALWAYS out of order... Its like they dont want people to use it unless you are rich.
As I meditate with a volcanic thunder egg- looks like baseball seams…naturally a source of BG3. I bring relaxation to my chakra points by holding in groin, belly, chest, neck, forehead and top of head.
