hey just checking in did you ever have an updated video on how to get this mod up and running in 2022?
@@personalbusiness2530 So according to the guy in the other comment; the website i used to download the mods from steam to slap into epic is no longer around.
I have to test this theory still but i believe i can still copy/paste the files from steams workshop... unsure if you're able to do that without owning the game on steam though as i own both.
I will probably make a small video on that "soon". Just need free time this week, lol

Hey bro I can't find the barony folder in my program 86x files for some reason?
it's wherever your epic games folder is if you're using Epic Games Store version. For steam, its wherever your steam folder is. usually C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Barony.
If you still can't find it, join my discord and we can screenshare and find it for you

this video seems to be useless now that the website has been basically shut down by valve. darn, i was just wanting to have fun playing barony after getting it for free a while ago on epic games, but now i simply can't mod it.

How would I play a multiplayer lobby with friends and mods on the epic launcher?
After following the video to download an install your desired mods, Click "Custom Content" and make sure everyone loads the mods in the same exact order or you'll have issues. If you have issues anyway, it's a load order issue and you need to make sure your bigger, much more needed mods are getting loaded LAST (my friends and i use runescape music, multiplayer tweaks and more rooms. in that order) then just click the "Start Modded Game" top right of that menu and bam.
i don't know where your other comment you just recently made went, but the gamma issue is a bug in the game that the dev's are aware of and are working on fixing
eyo, Ive been trying to work this out using the new version of the mod download site, I can download the mod but it will not load properly when i boot it in barony, any advice?
I unfortunately have not had a chance to play either version for quite some time. Lots of irl stuff going on.
If it doesn't load properly, it could be outdated or possibly the method has changed.

I have not played Barony in a hot minute so I'm unsure but splitscreen is pretty common. If you're not already part of the Barony discord, I'd highly suggest joining and asking in the discord. The devs themselves are fairly active.

@@ilgattograsso4731 if you launch Barony, there should still be a banner that appears that links you to the discord. Or its one of the options at the bottom of the homepage. I don't remember which anymore, sorry!

Not working with multiplayer for some reason
Everyone needs the same load order and the load order itself might be the cause. Send me a DM on my discord or the Barony discord and ill give you a hand tomorrow!
@@jasonfromsu Ill try to download it on epic games and reinstall the mods. It was probably more than likely the problem since some of us were on steam and others were on epic games launcher.
@@nich1943 It shouldn't. Steam has cross platform play to play with Epic Store clients. Let me know if you need anything!
