In some covers of utauloids, their voices tend to be slightly off thus creating a "dying whale sound". Its only because they are robotic sounding, but im surprised how Ruko hit that scale at the very end. I seen the Luka cover and her voice cracked so bad but Ruko kept it perfect in utauloid sake:)

I think that Ruko could have 2 personalities. Since she is both, Rook could be her male version, in which she dresses differently and sings lower, and Ruko is her female side in which she sings higher and dresses differently.
I think that Master was trying to make another Vocaloid, but the system messed up, and it made genders two in one, so that made Ruko. Like I said, the system messed up, so instead of being sent to Vocaloid, she got sent to UTAU.
well we have to call him/her somehow, it's not our problem that english (and most languages) is incapable of expressing genderless 3rd person singular. (We aren't gonna call him/her an it are we?)
i would say she is a gir because that is what she looks like. but that is what i think so please dont start anymore stuff on it i just wanna clear that and this is really good
