What a great selection of cuisines. The falafel looked really good, and the wrap looked very fresh. I bet you enjoyed the timing of the rain. Did it clear the air at all?
I got stranded at the Miami airport and had some Chinese food it was excellent but it turned out to be called moo goo run to the can keep doing your best
So many restaurants there in Pokhara! It seem like there's a lot of Chinese food available. I love Chinese food, but because I have celiac I have to eat gluten free (have done for almost 25 years). Unfortunately for me, most dishes in Chinese cuisine have soy sauce and wheat flour in them. Soy sauce is a no-no for celiacs because it is fermented with wheat, and of course wheat flour (used in dumplings, noodles, etc) has gluten. It would probably be hard for me to find safe food in Nepal, it seems like. It could probably be done, but it would be a daily struggle!
@@TravelingEddie Oh, it's ok! After 25 years, I'm used to watching out for myself to be sure I don't eat any gluten. It just gets a little tricky when traveling, especially if I'm not familiar with a particular cuisine.
Eating raw vegetables and salads in Nepal and India can be a recipe for upheaval. Not recommended. Glad you're having fun. I wonder if the Disney people know about that amusement park?

It's kinda like Delhi belly when eating food that's not well prepared.
