Does she tell the lawyers, doctors and real estate agents that they are engaged in fruitless effort or just take money from the naïve? Or does she content herself with the fact these other people are not writing for a direct profit motive from their book, but from the credibility and exposure it will give? Still, some writers are truly great and they make it. So maybe her books just weren't very good. Maybe they weren't written about subjects that matter long term. Those who can't write, ghostwrite. Those who can't ghostwrite, teach ghostwriting. Does the shoe fit?
