- Had a Karate competition this Sunday and Placed first in all five of my divisions! Super exciting and I'm glad all my hard work paid off. Sorry, this vlog is more fight footage rather than Vlog stuff. I didn't have much time between events nor anything interesting to vlog haha. Anyways hope you enjoyed it!

@@beyamarroquin4483 good job I also completed in my first tournament came in 2nd place in kata and 2nd place in kumite in a intermediate division.
I do Karate too im advancing quickly meeting im doing 100 push ups 100 sit ups and 70 calf raises for takewando im working on jumping higher for kicks so im learning ji justu and takewando and original Japanese with katanas and staffs.
Edit: Hope you the best of luck in Karate and don't listen to people who yell you to quit. Best of luck for you! Hope you advance more.

the kumite part looked way more like kyokushin then goju to me. btw whats up with all these protecting gear? normaly i see this more common in teakwondo

I have done karate for 6 years and I would say you are better than a white belt . For the fighting even though you have a head gear try to protect it

Hey, I’m from Canada but if you ask the karate centre if they train for tournaments, you can choose which ones you compete in. If you don’t want to travel far there is always local events and if you do wanna travel far you can! Hope that helps

Hi I do Goju Ryu but competitions are modified for all styles and martial arts including kickboxing and muay thai. Hopefully you can get back to training soon :) Make sure to check out some of my other videos and subscribe if you haven't already xx
